We know something is coming at Sunday's VMAs...
...and now we have a better idea of exactly what that might be!
Broods is back and they're giving us more of the same - and that's more awesomeness!!!
If Lorde was in a band and slightly more optimistic, she would be Broods.
They're both from New Zealand and have the same producer, Joel Little.
They're both giving us super awesome beats - heavy on the drum programming. Simple. Sparse. Super effective. QUALITY pop!
More of this, please! More of the same!
Check out their latest single, Mother & Father, above!
Wow! There was a ton of great new music this week, and we can’t get enough! Here’s what we have been busy listening to:

Broods is the perfect soundtrack to a night of love-making!
Cool. Ambient. Pop. That flows!
We have been listening to their EP non-stop the past month!
They share the same producer as Lorde, the lead singer is also female and they also are from New Zealand.
So if you're down with the Royals singer, then you will be down with Broods too!
Check out Coattails above!
Is it just us or did this music video end the same way it started??
It's always nice to see an artist's visual concept to their music!
The New Zealand band the Broods released a music video for their song Never Gonna Change and it's pretty deep!
And no, we're not making a reference to all the water that appears in the video!
Take a look for yourself and ch-ch-check out the watery music video for Never Gonna Change (above)!
If you like Lorde, then you will really dig Broods!
This female-fronted band is from New Zealand as well and they also worked with the Royals singer's producer on their debut EP!
Broods reminds us A LOT of Lorde, for obvious sonic reasons, as well as London Grammar, another fave of ours.
Check out their broody and beautiful Never Gonna Change above!
Broods is so… broody!!!
We are loving this new female-fronted band!
Cool pop is not easy to make! But there's a new breed out there, like Broods, who makes it seem effortless!
Their song Bridges has hints of Charli XCX, London Grammar and Ellie Goulding.
In other words, its delightful!
