After a VERY eventful evening that was stuffed full of scandal, Amanda Bynes entered a court room in NYC this morning to answer for her alleged crimes…
And, for obvious reasons, girl did NOT look like she was having the best day ever (above) despite having gotten her platinum blonde wig back after her mugshot.
During the hearing, 'Manda's lawyer Andrew Friedman insisted that police entered his client's apartment illegally, even though the cops involved in the incident allege they witnessed
Ah yes, the age old urge to throw a glass vase out of a window from 36 floors ABOVE a pedestrian stuffed pavement… we know it well, LOLz!
Thursday evening Amanda Bynes was arrested for drug possession, reckless endangerment, and tampering with evidence…
Yet the bong-like device that she threw out of the window of her room — in front of COPS — at the midtown high rise building where she's currently staying is NOT a marijuana smoking device, but a harmless vase.
Or so Amanda told the judge at this morning's court hearing!
The cop who witnessed the whole bong vase tossing incident states in the police report:
Ok, she's not COMPLETELY bald, but still… HOLY SH*T.

But even before last night's cray cray drama, it seems her concerned parents have been inquiring about getting a conservatorship over their obviously troubled daughter!
However, because the retired actress refuses to see a mental health professional and has not actually harmed herself or anyone else (although she totally could have last night when she THREW A BONG OUT OF HER WINDOW), her parent's getting a conservatorship is most likely not an option.
A source explains:
Amanda Bynes, the girl who claims she does NOT party, was arrested Thursday night on charges of drug possession (weed), reckless endangerment (throwing a foot long bong from her apartment window which could have smashed on some unsuspecting pedestrian's HEAD) and tampering with evidence (getting rid of a BONG out of her window)…
The former child star is reportedly now in a holding cell at night court and will most likely get a hearing Friday morning.
