Remember that 90's band Barenaked Ladies?

Their singer, Steven J. Page, was arrested in central New York on Friday and was charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

The controlled substance is reportedly cocaine.

Cops supposedly saw Page and a 25-year old woman through a glass door sitting in front of a mound of coke on a table and busted them.

Officers were patrolling the neighborhood of 311 East Genesee Street when they spotted a car that was parked across a driveway with the door open. Police stopped and checked the vehicle, which was unoccupied. The officers then checked the house and surrounding neighborhood to find the owner and if see there was any problem. Police checking the apartment building at 311 Genesee Street saw a man and a woman through a glass door sitting at a kitchen table. The officers noticed something suspicious looking on the table, and the people inside quickly covered the table with a towel when they saw police at the door.

The Barenaked Ladies' manager said, "We’re confident Steven will be exonerated of the charges. In the meantime it’s business as usual.”

Stay away from drugs and you'll stay away from jail, kids!

Josh Brolin was arrested in Shreveport, Louisiana, early Saturday.

The actor, in town playing the President in Oliver Stones biopic on George W. Bush, was involved in a bar fight.

While Brolin himself was not the one throwing punches, police claim that he tried to impede their efforts when they came to break up the disturbance.

Idiot!

DMX was arrested in Arizona on Wednesday for violating the terms of his bond.

His arrest in Miami last week (for attempting to buy pot and coke) violated a bond issued after his Arizona arrest a few weeks back.

So, basically, DMX was arrested for being arrested!

This is all getting too crazy.

Seems like DMX's friends and family need to step in and encourage him to get some counseling!

Gym Class Heroes frontman Travis McCoy was arrested Tuesday night in St. Louis on one charge of third-degree assault.

He pulled a Wino and beat up a concertgoer!

McCoy and crew had just finished the first song of their Warped Tour set when a black audience member near the front row called the lead singer a “fucking ignorant n—-r.”

As security was removing him from the crowd, McCoy reportedly reached down and hit the heckler on the head repeatedly with his microphone.

McCoy apologized for his violent reaction and said it wasn’t representative of him as a person. “I’m sorry. But when someone calls you something that ignorant and that offensive, you have to bash their head in with a microphone,” said McCoy.

Was resorting to violence the thing to do, though?

McCoy was released early Wednesday morning on $500 bond.

Say hello to Rex Mettler, a 42-year-old man from Ohio who has ADMITTED to stalking sisters and pop stars Ally & AJ.

The Lancaster Police Department, with the assistance of The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Mettler this week.

He was charged with felony stalking and making violent threats toward Ally and AJ.

Investigators said Mettler somehow obtained the sister’s personal e-mail and admitted to a plan to abduct, sexually assault and murder the girls when they come to Cincinnati later this year.

CREEPY!

Detectives also collected evidence from Mettler’s home.

Mettler will be arraigned today.

Thankfully, nothing came of the threats and the sisters are okay!

That shady doctor, Jan Adams, who operated on Kanye West's mom just before she died, was arrested early Thursday morning for drunk driving.

This is his third DUI related arrest since 2003.

Foolish!

Absolutely IDIOTIC.

According to a report, officers saw Adams' 2004 gray Jag XJ8 driving the wrong way up an off ramp on the 605 freeway just outside Benicia, Calif.

How Nicole Richie of him!

After failing a field sobriety test, he was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, driving the wrong way and driving on a suspended license (ANOTHER unnecessary offense).

He's currently in the Solano County Jail awaiting bail.

We hope no one comes to bail his sorry ass out!

Give it up for the South Beach 'madame' who was diversifying her operations!

Christina Morta was arrested in Miami for operating what appeared to be a brothel on wheels.

Damn, yo! How come no one ever thought of this before???

Said bus contained five prostitutes on board that made regular stops along South Beach.

A Miami detective said, "One of our undercover officers saw the bus driving up and down Collins Avenue, was able to get on the bus for a certain amount of money, and saw the illegal activity going on inside."

The creative madame charged $40 for patrons to board the quarter million-dollar bus.

Once on board, prostitutes reportedly received even more money for performing lap dances and various sex acts.

Just join a band, boy. You'll get something called a tour bus..and the sex comes free!

Hey, after the South Beach Madame gets out of jail, though, she should go to business school.

She's quite clever!

Back in April, one of the judges of Australia's Dancing with the Stars , Todd Andrew McKenny, was found unconscious in a Sydney park and charged with drug possession.

It wasn't coke or pot.

He had the 'date rape' drug on him, GHB.

According to new reports, he's going to claim in court that the drugs weren't his.

We've heard that one before!

The drugs were allegedly planted in his pants without his knowledge, or so he claims.

Apparently, he had been partying at an apartment near the park and had danced so much that he began to overheat. To continue dancing he had to take his pants off…and that's when the drugs were probably planted!

Uh huh.

Cher's night of partying in Nashville on Tuesday was effed up by a crazed fan!

According to reports, some guy named Calvin Hutton Houghland was quite overzealous and kept harassing the diva.

At one point, the crazy even reached out to grab her hip.

How rude!

Houghland was kicked out of the bar Cher was hanging at BUT officers finally arrested him after he kept returning to the joint.

Police later reported that the wacko fan was intoxicated.

Poor Cher!
