#Spotlight: THIS Campaign Started By Breast Cancer Survivors Is Raising Money By Selling License Plates! Find Out How You Can Help HERE!
We are so inspired by their story!
Pink Plate — started by Chere Rush, Heather McCullough, Deborah Bordeau, Carla Kimbal, and Heather Solari — is an organization selling specialized California license plates to raise money for breast cancer awareness!
The women — who are all breast cancer survivors — are on a mission to educate the public about early detection, and to help all those affected by this disease.
All funds generated will go to Every Woman Counts (EWC), which provides free breast exams and mammograms to those in need.
However, in order for all of this to happen, Pink Plate needs 7500 pre-orders to get the campaign going!
You can order a plate HERE!
Please donate to this Ah-Mazing cause! You won't regret it!

Our hearts are breaking for Eva Mendes.
The actress' older brother — who spelled his last name with a 'z' instead of an 's' — Carlos Mendez has tragically lost his battle with cancer at 53 years old.
The 42-year-old's younger brother, Carlo Mendez, revealed the sad news on his Instagram on April 17, captioning a sweet snap with Carlos:
"With absolute pain and sadness in my heart this is the hardest thing I've ever had to go through in my life and as I'm writing this I'm still in disbelief. My brother has passed away peacefully this morning. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for those who have prayed and have kept my brother in your thoughts and who wished him to get better."
He also added that his brother is survived by two young children, writing:
"He fought with all his might and power and gave cancer one hell of a fight. He leaves behind behind a 13 year old and a 5 year old. I love you my brother may god bless you and I'll see you once again."

Janice Dickinson is going through a very hard time right now.
Not only is the former supermodel fighting Bill Cosby for defamation, but she's also struggling with a tragic breast cancer diagnosis. The illness is especially hard to deal with considering Dickinson had been in a great period of sobriety and happiness prior to the bad news.
On Tuesday, Dickinson was spotted looking worse for the wear as she smoked a cigarette and took care of her adorable pup. Despite not appearing in the best of shape, J.D. allegedly gave a smile and wave to photographers.
While some people are giving Janice criticism for smoking, it's probably best to focus the energy on healing thoughts instead of hate. The momma just went through a painful surgery earlier this month to remove tissue from her infected breast, an excruciating and very scary procedure.
On a positive note, Janice did give a recent interview in which she hailed herself as a "fighter". Considering the beauty has been through A LOT of trials and tribulations in her life, we'd have to agree with this assessment!
Stay strong, girl!

But as close as they were, the funnyman is now admitting he was totally caught off-guard to learn the late legend had passed away.
The comedian told BBC's Radio 5 Live that he had no idea the rocker was sick, explaining that they had talked two weeks before the musician lost his battle with cancer:
"[His death] was a total surprise. I was emailing him two weeks before, so he must have known. He kept it from everyone."
In the year leading up to his death, the artist had discussed his diagnosis with very few people, including his producer and band members.
The Office alum applauded the star's decision to keep his sickness a secret, adding:
This is just so sad.
On Sunday, it was revealed that soul singer Billy Paul passed away in his home due to a serious medical condition. He was 81 years old.
How awful! A statement on the Let's Make A Baby artist's website shared:
