Charisma Carpenter at 43 is a sight to behold!
She was on the beach in her incredible bikini in Malibu, just giving people boners left and right! Everyone went nuts of the pics she posted last week, so we're glad she's decided to take that incredible shizz out in public!
Obvi there was no photo trickery!
If you're wondering how she got that body, her trick is to eat a lot of protein to fight off cravings! She doesn't stop herself from indulging from time to time though — it's all about moderation for the long-haul!
Well whatever you're doing fitness-wise is working too, Charisma! Holy crap!

Holy shizz are we glad she did!
At 43 years old, we can hardly believe bodies like that are still obtainable! Here's what she tweeted along with the pic (above and below):
#workhard #earnit #ownit. PFT! 43 is fine with me! ❤
43 is just some random number when you look like that! LOLz!
All that hard work has paid off — and we're seriously impressed by her level of fitness! Amazeballs!
Keep it up, Charisma!

Who says you can’t have a rocking body at 40?
Charisma Carpenter, best known for playing Cordelia on Angel and acting alongside Sylvester Stallone in The Expendables, just celebrated her 40th birthday and couldn’t be feeling better about it.
“I want Hollywood and America to know 40 is not old. As my mom told me, ‘Charisma, welcome to the best decade of your life, because not only do you look as good as you did when you were 23, but you’re so much smarter.’ I’m now better in every way: I’ve had years to hone my craft. I’m better at acting, I’m a better mom, I’m a better friend. I’m just a more confident woman. It’s awesome!”
You heard it here first: 40 is the new 23, and if you don’t believe us, just check out the bikini-clad Carpenter in the pic above!
