From sheer to sparkles in less than 24 hours!

Irina Shayk covered up her beautiful bod in a fully beaded, hot pink Elie Saab gown for amfAR's 20th Annual Cinema Against AIDS Gala in Cannes on Thursday.

That bold color against her caramel skin tone is absolutely GORGEOUS, and though straight hair can be casual at times, it suited the gown perfectly on this occasion.

It's like prom night all over again!

Paris Hilton and River Viiperi combined the best of both worlds — prom season and Cannes — at amfAR's 20th Annual Cinema Against AIDS Gala on Thursday.

Lil' Wayne's label mate went all out in a sheer feathered pink frock that every single showgirl in Vegas would covet, while the gorgeous sculpture of a man that is River kept it classy in a simple tux.

Wonder if they were able to engage in some PDA at the event?

It just wouldn't be right if they didn't broadcast their love all over the place!

Sharon Stone continued her love affair with Roberto Cavalli's designs at the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala in Cannes on Thursday.

Giving her boobs the night off, the Basic Instinct actress let her back steal the spotlight in a white Cavalli gown that featured a gold snake slithering up her spine.

With her hair pulled back into a chic up 'do, Sharon completed her gala ensemble with a gold clutch, a dazzling ruby and diamond starfish cuff and fabulous diamond earrings.

After all the BEAUTIFUL appearances so far at amfAR's 20th Annual Cinema Against AIDS Gala, it hurts our heart to see someone strike out.

What's most disappointing about Janet Jackson's white suit ensemble is how great it could have been with just a few minor tweaks.

Imagine if the pants were tailored to fit and those clunky, strappy heels were replaced with a classic pump…it would've been EPIC!

Well, there's nothing we can do about it now, but does it really matter when the singer has officially reached billionaire status?

Yeah, we didn't think so.

After adding some sparkle to the Nebraska premiere, Heidi Klum made a quick outfit change for the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala on Thursday night.

For her second Cannes event of the day, Heidi slipped into a strapless gold Marchesa dress complete with sheer underboob curtains.

Awkward fabric aside, this seems a little too casual for a gala.

Yeah, she dressed it up with some fabulous emerald earrings, but Heidi really should have worn a gown.

It's almost like she had wings!

With her top eyeliner and wispy hair, all Ale needed was a halo!
