Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have finally signed their divorce settlement papers — and the 53-year-old is expected to pay the remaining $6.8 million in installments to his former love within the next 12 months.
In turn, Miz Heard will reportedly fulfill her promise to donate the money as she receives it to Children's Hospital Los Angeles and the domestic violence chapter of the ACLU by the end of 2018.

On Tuesday evening, the Rise singer made a splash as she stepped out in a stunning Marchesa gown for the UNICEF Snowflake Ball, where she was being honored with the Audrey Hepburn Humanitarian Award. And while Miz Perry looked gorgeous on the blue carpet for the event, it was the celebs who turned out to support the A-lister that had tongues waggin'!
In addition to having boyfriend Orlando Bloom and bestie Allison Williams by her side, Katy was surprised with an appearance by Hillary Clinton who presented the pop star with her award. Amber Heard's Attorney Says $7 Million Johnny Depp Divorce Settlement Will FINALLY Be Finalized This Week
UPDATE 11/30/16 9:30 A.M. EST: We're now hearing Amber quietly made a donation of $350K to ACLU back in August, just three days after her original settlement with Johnny and before she received any money from her estranged ex. TMZ also reports the actress made steps to donate an installment to the other charity of her choice, CHLA, but that's when Depp began to take matters into his own hands.
As we reported, the settlement is expected to be signed any day now — so we will keep you updated as we learn more.
We're nearing the end… hopefully!
As you may have heard, reports surfaced that the Danish Girl star still hadn't donated the money obtained from her tumultuous relationship to the Children's Hospital and the American Civil Liberties Union, as she promised when the former couple reached an agreement back in August.
But as you know, Depp tried to cut corners and donate the money directly to the charities — which Amber is NOT here for as she does not want the 53-year-old to get the tax deduction.
In a statement to Us Weekly on Monday, O'Donnell confirmed that as soon as the paperwork is finalized, Amber will fulfill her promise to donate the millions of dollars to the individual organizations:
Talk about AMAZING!
Probably the best thing about the superhero movie trend is seeing the movies' stars dress up as their characters and visit sick kids!
And Spider-Man: Homecoming star Tom Holland has been quick to jump on board.
Along with costars Zendaya and Jacob Batalon, the new Peter Parker stopped by Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital in New York on Tuesday in full costume to cheer up some kids.
In a HIGHlarious turn of events though, in the video Holland posted (below) the actor asks the little guy he's visiting if he likes Batman better than Spider-Man, to which the kid TOTALLY says yes! LOLz!
You only see Zendaya for a hot second at the beginning, because she filmed the whole adorable thing!

Jimmy Kimmel Sings With Bono, Julia Roberts, Kristen Bell, Channing Tatum, & MORE During Epic AIDS Awareness Episode! Watch!
Like most of us, Jimmy Kimmel has a pretty good feeling this country is going to hell.
But thanks to a star-studded musical PSA, we can still save ourselves from the fiery pits of the underworld… by helping people with AIDS!
On Tuesday's Jimmy Kimmel Live, the late night host teamed up with Bono's (RED) campaign for the second year in a row to raise awareness and money to help fight AIDS, and he assembled an all-star lineup of A-listers to help get out the message!
A tuxedo-clad Julia Roberts, Channing Tatum, Kristen Bell, and Neil Patrick Harris joined Kimmel in singing a special song for the charity episode which also featured Halsey, DJ Khaled, and The Killers' Brandon Flowers.
The faux-Christmas tune was chock-full of bits, including Channing and NPH silently tap dancing on a rug so no one could hear and Bono himself playing the role of Satan as he emerged from a hellish bathtub.
It's hard to imagine hell not being a bunch of celebrities singing self-aware songs about how they should have helped the less fortunate more! Ha!
Ch-ch-check out the musical moment (below) to see how you can avoid burning in hell!
