Earlier this week, a New Hampshire man made headlines after police accused him of causing the death of a small dog by kicking it!
City Council candidate Toby Tousley was charged with animal cruelty for allegedly kicking a Pekingese Chihuahua mix because it went to the bathroom on his lawn!
According to reports, the 55-year-old was making repairs to a rental building he owned on Saturday when the 17-year-old canine started squatting on the property.

Tousley tried to scare the dog off, but when that didn't work he allegedly gave the dog a kick — and the animal died shortly after!
After receiving "hundreds" of threatening calls and emails since the incident, the City Council candidate is claiming that the police released inaccurate information to the media! He said:
Aww! This breaks our heart!
Lauren Kribbs of Houston, Texas once saw two stray Chihuahuas playing together and it filled her with love.
Here's what she said:
"They just played, and it made me happy to see them. I have a Chihuahua of my own."
But one awful day she noticed that one of the pups had died — it had been struck by a car. But even sadder was the fact that the other dog had dragged its friend to a side of a park and would NOT leave the dog's side.

A 73-year-old man named James Wathen was confounding his doctors over at Baptist Health Corbin in Corbin, Kentucky when his health began deteriorating and he refused to eat for seemingly reasons beyond them.
But nurses realized James was upset about not being with his a one-eyed Chihuahua named Bubba. The two had been separated since James first was taken to the hospital.
Well, nurses were able to figure out that the dog had been taken to a foster family through the Knox-Whitley animal shelter, and on October 11th — a reunion of epic proportions took place!
