They didn’t exactly throw the book at him!

After blowing .08 last month in Reseda, Bobby Brown pled “no contest” in court today. He was sentenced to 36 months probation and the one day in jail he already served.

As far as we know, Chris Brown has not yet rushed to his defense.

Remember when Bobby denied the whole thing just a few weeks ago?

We can add “crappy liar” to a growing list of his faults that already includes drunk driver and domestic abuser.

Look, Bobby. We know it's been a rough year.

You’re obviously still reeling from Whitney Houston's untimely death in February.

We understand. Your ex-wife was one of the greatest pop stars ever and her Beverly Hills overdose is still cause for mourn.

But that’s no excuse for this mishap. Drunk driving is indefensible!!

Get it together before you hurt someone else!

Oh dear, whatever will we do!

While Chris Brown’s new album Fortune was SUPPOSED to be unveiled May 8th, it seems Breezy is not quite ready to unload the over produced, repetative record, and has pushed the release date to July.

Whether you like him personally or not, you can't deny that the quality of music he's been releasing as of late has been ABOVE and BEYOND!

And he's definitely pushing himself creatively outside of his comfort zone!

And they're not the only two rapping - that's right, Breezy jumps in himself to spit some rhymes!

Between that and the Run The World-esque military drumming, we're pretty impressed with this one, boy!

After months of speculation and eyebrow raises, Rihanna has opened up about keeping in touch with Chris Brown.

The man may have brutally beat her, but somehow she's able to keep a respect for the hip-hopper and even blow us away with their incredible music collaborations.

According to Rih, she is fully aware of the criticism swirling around her reignited contact, but that's not going to stop her from following her heart.

She says of the whole ordeal:

The Miami authorities haven't forgetting about you, Chris Brown!

In the case of the possibly stolen fan phone, no charges have been placed against the controversial singer, but police are still investigating what really went down before Christal Spann accused Brown of snatching an iPhone out of her hands outside a club.

The singer has said he's "hopeful that the evidence and the true facts of the case will result in no charges" and the attorney handling the matter is

Breezy just released Sweet Love off Fortune, and the lyrics go a lil' somethin' like this:

Chris Brown's song Turn Up The Music may be the highest charting single of his career in the UK.

The highest he had previously achieved was number 2 back in 2006 with his song Run It!

Even though the song is pretty tame, some critics are calling it controversial ever since Rihanna did a remix of it.
