Not fierce.

Christian Siriano is being sued by his talent agency for not paying them their commission from his Payless design deal.

The Designer's Management Agency claims they orchestrated the partnership for the Project Runway winner back in 2008 and an oral agreement was made between Siriano and DMA that they would receive a 20% commission.

Christian's collab with the discount shoe company was originally a two year deal with an automatic renewal thereafter and that's when things started to get fishy.

According to DMA, Mr. Fierce went to Payless in February 2010 and asked that they pay him directly, thus cutting his agency out of their money.

Designer's Management Agency believes they're owed at least $53,000 and want to see the full accounting record.

Looking good, girl!

Tina Fey landed in Los Angeles yesterday, looking very happy and very pregnant! Tina's in town to promote her new book, Bossypants, which she'll sit down and discuss with Steve Martin Tuesday evening at the Nokia Theatre during a special event dubbed An Evening With Tina Fey.

Hopefully, she'll take it easy until then. She's a hard working lady, but right now, she should be hard at work relaxing!

Talk about an Emmy catfight!

One reality TV design star and one reality TV star turned wannabe designer will be creating gowns for this month's Emmy Awards.

Both Lauren Conrad and Project Runway winner Christian Siriano will be showing their stuff on September 21st.

We wonder if Conrad will even design the dresses herself, or if she'll get some professional help to do it???

Siriano and Conrad will be designing gowns for the "trophy girls".

In a statement, Siriano says, "It has been so inspiring watching the Emmys every year to see who is going to be the most fabulous diva at the show. … It will be such an experience seeing my own creation on stage."

And this should be interesting.

Just earlier this year we reported how Siriano had some not-so-nice words to say about Conrad and her Hills designer friends.

Siriono said, "I mean, it's fun and flirty and young, but they're not innovators. None of them will ever be an innovative designer. Buyers and editors are looking for longevity, and hopefully they will see that in me."

We love it cuz it's true!

We'll have to wait and see if the two divas will clash!

Christian Siriano thinks The Hills girls have nothing on him! Them chickens is ash and he's lotion!

The Project Runway winner told Life & Style in Vegas this past weekend that despite the money the rich Hills girls threw at their fashion lines the results weren't "that great."

We tend to agree with Christian on this one!

And so do you, Perezcious readers!

The Project Runway winner went on to say, "I mean, it's fun and flirty and young, but they're not innovators. None of them will ever be an innovative designer. Buyers and editors are looking for longevity, and hopefully they will see that in me."

There's absolutely NO WAY Heidi or Lauren would have survived Project Runway.

Can't pay anyone to do things for you!

You do all the shit yourself on that show. For real. Like in real reality!
