Brinkley's Ex Gets XXX Rated!

080831iz_hamptonhorseshow_016-2100px2.jpg

Poor Christie Brinkley.

It seems she can't go a few days without having to hear about her lying, cheating, ex-husband, Peter Cook.

Rumors were circulating for a while that a sex tape existed between sleazy Cook and that slutty former employee of his, Diana Bianchi.

Remember Bianchi? Yea, Cook paid her $300,000 in hush money to keep her from talking, but she eventually blabbed anyways.

As for the sex tape rumors, it's now being confirmed that a tape does exist.

The New York Post has verified the tape's authenticity. They were even shown stills from the video!

In the photos, Cook and Bianchi were both nude and having sex on a brown love seat.

Also included in the video is a striptease by Bianchi and some other candid shots.

It seems as if the video was made at Cook's Southampton architectural office. But, even crazier, it appears it was made without Bianchi knowing!!!

Brinkley's attorney said "Nothing about Peter Cook's behavior shocks us. We don't know anything about this tape. We never saw it and we never heard about it. Christie's concern is for the sake of her children and she hopes this video is kept private."

As for Bianchi, her attorney says she might sue Cook over the video. Adding, "We are now going to review, and begin weighing our legal options, for Diana."

Cook of course declined to comment, but a close source to him says, "He has no knowledge that any such material exists, but it is well known that Cook and Bianchi had a consensual affair, so anything is possible."

"Christie's Lying!"

wenn731266__opt.jpg

The loser that is Christie Brinkley's ex-husband, Peter Cook, is speaking out again to the media.

This time he's denying that a judge granted a restraining order against him - filed by Brinkley to prevent him from seeing their two kids during his visitation this weekend.

Cook says, "There was no temporary restraining order issued against [me]. Ms. Brinkley sought to suspend my parenting time with our children for this weekend, and her motion was denied."

Brinkley is apparently worried that their two kids, Jack, 13, and daughter Sailor, 10, would be negatively impacted after his shiteous interview on 20/20, who will apparently book any idiot on the show now.

Cook's attorney, most likely paid with Brinkley's money, says that Cook "had no intention of exposing the children to this interview and would be happy to take them away for the weekend if that would make Ms. Brinkley more comfortable - so that's what he's doing."

But turns out Cook is just trying to make himself look good.

According to Brinkley's lawyer, "court order mandates" that Cook HAS to take the kids "away from his home, and he can't expose them to the 20/20 broadcast. Christie Brinkley’s sole concern is to protect her children."

Let's hope people stop interviewing Cook. He's got nothing of truth or importance to say it seems.

Christie Brinkley Seeks Restraining Order Against Ex!

wenn5161492__opt.jpg

Former model Christie Brinkley has just filed a request for a temporary restraining order and a motion for post-judgment relief against her porn-loving former husband, Peter Cook.

Not many details have been provided, but, we want to know…did he threaten her physically? You ask for a restraining order against peeps who threaten to hurt you, right?

We're guessing that Christie's asking for 'relief' from that $2.1 million she was ordered to pay her cheating ex because he broke his confidentiality agreement by blabbing all in that new interview he just did with 20/20.

Christie Brinkley's Ex: His Cheating Is All Her Fault

perv.jpg

When someone cheats on you, it's totally your fault, right???

That's what Peter Cook is saying in his interview with Barbara Walters for 20/20.

Cook wanted to set the record straight.

Issuing the infamous cheater's excuse, Cook says:

"I was seeking a connection I could not find in my own marriage. I think the emotional aspect of our lives had changed. I think we were both feeling more like we were living with a brother and sister than a life partner.

"I wanted a little acknowledgment, a little attention, a little thank you every now and then for my efforts, for the amount of time I took to care for her and my family, for the wealth I was building."

Classic!

Recited precisely from the How to Cheat and Sound Like a Douche handbook!

Oh and even though he cheated on supermodel wife Christie Brinkley with a teenager (who he paid $300,000 to keep mum, but the birdie sang in court) and ran up $3,000 a month in internet porn, he is definitely not a perv.

Brinkley, remaining ever-so-classy, is keeping quiet on her side, although someone close to the case did have this to say:

"What he said in the interview is just more proof of what the court-appointed psychiatrist, Dr. Stephen Herman, said in the court proceeding, that Peter Cook is an insatiable narcissist."

ZING!

Hey, here's a novel thought. When your marriage isn't going well, how about you talk about things instead of, oh, heading up the local high school for a mistress?

How about that!?

Update: TV's Extra just received a statement from Brinkley's lawyer regarding the interview:

"It is a measure of Peter Cook's character that he has breached the confidentiality agreement that is in the divorce settlement and has sought to present this distorted one sided view of his marriage. Mr. Cook had his days in court, testified on his own behalf and ultimately agreed with the view of the children's court appointed attorney and psychiatrist that the children should live principally with their mother and that she should be the sole custodial parent."

DOUBLE ZING!

What a dumbass.

She's Learned Her Lesson

wenn1539408.jpg

Looks like Christie Brinkley is ready to celebrate now that her divorce to hornball Peter Cook is finalized.

Brinkley says in a new interview, "I'm free! I've got my sweet freedom! And I don't mean that boat!"

The Sweet Freedom Brinkley is referring to is a $250,000 boat that was a big point in the divorce case. Seems Cook loved that book.

And now, unfortunately for him, the boat that Brinkley most likely paid for all by herself, will get sold.

Oh, and Brinkley is also stuck paying her fourth husband $2.1 million.

He shouldn't even be getting ANY money!

As for a possible marriage number 5, she claims that's not happening.

Brinkley says, "I'm not going to marry again. I know too much about the marriage laws and divorce laws. Getting married again would not be a very intelligent thing to do."

Of for the divorce case, Brinkley adds, "I was fighting for my family. I think when you're fighting for your family's well-being, almost anything you have to go through is worth it. What I was interested in was custody and decision-making."

Well, next time try to find someone who's not gonna be after you for your money. And get one hell of a pre-nup!

That Was Quick

wenn5161492__opt1.jpg

A settlement has been reached in the bitter Christie Brinkley divorce trial.

After more than a week of testimony, proceedings halted yesterday.

Lawyers for Brinkley and her ex, Peter Cook, spent ALL NIGHT hashing out an agreement.

They finally came to terms at 6:00 A.M. this morning.

And, by all accounts, it seems like Brinkley has come out victorious. The main obsticle to a settlement, will remain as is. Current arrangement allows Cook to see his children every Wednesday and on alternating weekends, as well as additional time during the summer.

Cook conceded substantial ground in the asset portion of the trial in order to bring the ordeal to an end.

Both parties are expected to finalize the new deal in court this morning.

Yay. More closure!

His Shady Past

wenn5161492.jpg

This is NOT going to help his custody case!

In a bombshell revelation, the New York Post is now reporting that Christie Brinkley's soon-to-be former husband, Peter Cook, used to be a drug dealer in the '80s.

Cocaine was the vice he pushed.

Christie had no idea!

Brinkley Should Get Kids, Expert Says

wenn731266.jpg

Looks like Christie Brinkley might get full custody of the kids, as she should.

Dr. Stephan Herman, a court-appointed shrink, said he found Brinkley's hubby, Peter Cook, to be a narcissist and should not be given full custody of the kids.

Dr. Herman spent hours interviewing Cook, Brinkley, and their two kids, ages 13 and 10.

He said Cook "needs constant reassurance that he is a terrific guy, handsome, accomplished."

Then, while being questioned by Brinkley's attorney, Dr. Herman blamed Cook for the failure of the couple's 10 year marriage on the fact of his affair with his teenage employee and his internet porno addiction.

The doc says that Cook's online viewing habits couldn't be justified as "men behaving like men." Cook would spen more than $3,000 a month on internet porn. He also would masturbate live over a web cam.

Dr. Herman concluded that Cook's narcissism and unrealistic expectations of life could "cause great harm to the children."

Is there such a thing as sex rehab?

Just give the kids to Brinkley already!
