The Mad Men siren wears her usual waist-cinching ensembles, but when you have curves like hers, wouldn't you?

Even though she looks good in these casual outfits, the redhead LOVES getting glammed up for a red carpet, telling the mag:

Talented actor and now director extraordinaire?!

Ryan Gosling was caught on the set of his latest film How to Catch a Monster — except this time the hunky actor was behind the camera directing a scene and looking positively radiant doing it!

Just check out that smile (above)! Sigh. Swooooon.

The project, currently filming in Detroit, MI, not only stars Ryan but his girlfriend Eva Mendes and Drive costar Christina Hendricks as well.

On joining the production and working with Ryan, Christina had said earlier last month:

Christina Hendricks has been married to her husband Geoffrey Arend for three years now.

So, are they thinking about expanding their family??

Nope! They're happy with the family they've got.

Cause they've got a super cute furry baby!

Christina is in looooove with her doggy Zuzu.

She said:

Unlike her co-star January Jones, Christina Hendricks kept things simple on Monday at the Mad Men BAFTA panel in New York City.

The busty redhead kept her precious assets under wraps in a long-sleeve black dress with sheer neckline and black pumps.

Opting for zero accessories, Christina's red lips and sassy fiery locks were the only things that gave her ensem some life.

Christina Hendricks and her RIDICULOUS figure are taking over the May issue of Canada's Flare magazine!

The stylists gave the Mad Men star some sexy just effed hair and poured her famous assets into some form-fitting dresses from Dolce & Gabbana, L’Wren Scott (one of her faves!) and Stella McCartney.
