Shutting it DOWN!
Don Draper may be the star of the show, but the ladies of Mad Men have proven repeatedly that they are not to be discounted!
The event was celebrating the last seven episodes of Mad Men, and both Betty and Joan decided to go out with a bang!
Move over, dudes, the women of Mad Men are the true stars here!
Elisabeth bared some light cleavage in a two-toned J Mendel dress, while January did her sophisticated character proud in a belted navy frock with red floral embroidery along the bodice.
Of course Christina brought all the va-va-voom in her body-gripping, sparkly red Vivienne Westwood dress that had Jessica Rabbit written on every curve!
Do you hear that? The sound of millions of Mad Men fans screaming in anguish?
Christina Hendricks isn't a redhead anymore!!!
In early January the actress' first ad for Clairol was revealed, and her hair was as radiantly red as ever — but these latest ads for the haircare brand have thrown us for a loop!
Joan Holloway is a blonde now?!
We love those fabrics together!
That's because she showed up to support Ryan in a beautiful black, white, and blue Michael Kors dress.
The striped turtleneck top pairs perfectly with the floral skirt, and we just love that the length cuts off right below the knee.
Award season naturally has us all obsessed with fashion, but the beauty aspect is a HUGE part of it!
And while we may not be able to afford glamorous designer gowns, red carpet-worthy hair is certainly far more attainable!
The sleek, straight, and glossy look has been huge with starlets lately, and Philip Carreon, the owner of Estilo Salon in Beverly Hills, shows you how easy it is to achieve!
Just like he does with all these gorgeous women!
Philip also shows you how to take the shiny blowout and turn it into a modern updo!
Watch the clip (above) and prepare to look AH-Mazing!
File this under: Took them long enough!
Christina Hendricks' glorious red mane is finally getting its long overdue shine!
Of course the world has been enamored with it since the moment she appeared on Mad Men, but she deserves more than that! She deserves a contract with a major haircare company!
Proving that sometimes there is justice in the world, Clairol has swooped in and claimed the russet-haired goddess as the spokesmodel for their Nice 'n' Easy line of haircolor!
The pic (above) is the first official ad, and we obviously demand that there be more.
And a commercial with her hair blowing in the wind would be great, too! Gotta give that fire some air!

Nice in navy!!
Christina Hendricks and Laverne Cox were absolutely glammed out for the International Emmy Awards in NYC on Monday!
Mad Men's fave redhead arrived on the red carpet in a bow-tiful Paule Ka gown, while dripping in gorge Kwiat jewels.
And we especially loved her simple ponytail paired with the pop of red lipstick!
Meanwhile, Laverne put her curves on display in a paneled Johanna Johnson couture gown, styled with a collection of Fred Leighton baubles and a minimalist pair of Stuart Weitzman sandals.
Her wavy, flowing tresses were also perfection!! Though they always are!
We think they both looked amazing!! Do U agree???
