Christina Ricci and her fiance, comedian Owen Benjamin have called off their engagement.

According to a souce, "They really are still close. They talk almost every day. It was a very mature decision and they both felt good about it. They're definitely still friends."

We all know that is a lie!!!

They did not go from being engaged to friends in a week!

Their relationship went public in October and their engagement was announced in March.

Maybe things moved too fast!

Even celebrities like to procrastinate with their holiday shopping!

On Monday, Christina Ricci took time to do some conspicuous consumption of her own.

The petite actress went shopping with a friend at Saks Fifth Avenue in Los Angeles.

And as usual, Ricci was looking somewhat cute, but she's pretty much a toss up.

Some days she looks really good and others she looks like poo-poo.

Ricci should go back to her look this past September.

Once you know what looks good on you, stick with it!

Wow. Wow! WOW!!!!

Christina Ricci was the best dressed of the evening at the Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC on Monday night.

Best dressed by far!

Her dressed not only fit her body exquisitely, but it just looked so special and exquisite.

We've never seen a dress quite like that before!

It was, dare we say it, original.

Wednesday's all grown up!

Christina Ricci attended the premiere of her new movie Penelope, Wednesday night at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles.

Also in attendance were Reese Witherspoon, James McAvoy, Amanda Bynes, and Sissy Spacek.

Reese was one of the producers on the film.

Penelope is a fairytale-like story about a girl cursed and born with a pig-snout looking nose. She is forced to find her one true love in order to break the curse.

Although, onto more interesting things.
