We like one of these looks more than the other — but can you guess which way we're leaning???
We're loving Lizzy's sexual side-boob action in an intricately designed ankle-length gown, featuring a leathery waist detail that continued as a strip down the ensemble.
Claire, however, made a mess of her mish-mosh patterned dress, which is totally the wrong cut for this beautiful starlet.
We did like her from the neck up — so that counts as something, right?!
Miz Caplan's hair and makeup was obvious perfection, as well, highlighting the Masters Of Sex star's stunning features!
We can't wait to see what these femmes wear on the red carpet this evening!

Aww! These two are the cutest!
The Homeland actress was sophisticated in a black buttoned-up dress, which was far from blah thanks to her strappy, coral sandals!
It was sexy without being too obvious! Oh, and her arm candy? Yeah, we can’t be mad at that!
As the man of the hour, Hugh looked dapper in his crisp, relaxed suit, but it was his sweet smile that had us swooning just like his gorge wifey.

Princess in pink coming through!!
We can imagine Anna Wintour cringing, LOLz!
Miz Danes, on the other hand, totally nailed the dress code in her classic pink Oscar de la Renta ball gown with an elegant train and a merlot bustier.
An elaborate clutch, side-swept hair, and pointy-toe heels completed her ensem!

This trio is unstoppable!
And to contrast their black and white cover pages, they all packed plenty of color with their eye-catching ensems.
Claire showed up in Pantone’s color of the year with her orchid Oscar de la Renta frock, while highlighting her stems in nude sandals. She was also rocking a fabulous glow!
Then on the other hand, there was Idina who chose to go a bit darker than her co-cover stars in a tight, teal Zac Posen number and Jerome Rousseau pumps. Ow, ow! But she still sparkling bright with the help of plenty Jacob & Co. diamonds!
With such striking ensems, how does one even begin to choose a favorite???

Claire Danes, Idina Menzel, and Sarah Jessica Parker are just three of the big names with their own separate covers for Variety’s Power Of Women issue. While this trio leads the pack, Susan Sarandon, Iman, and Nancy Dubuc also join the cover cluster!
Shot by photographer Yu Tsai, all the stunning subjects were captured in black and white for their covers, which truly left striking impressions.
Claire looked straight into the camera for hers, wearing a black frock fit for her bold stare. And she didn’t lighten up for her shot inside the mag, either. Still sporting the same look, the blonde beauty gave us chills!
On the other hand, Idina was the only one of the three to don white, which only added to her fearless expression! Don’t those eyes just pierce right through you??
Lastly, SJP showed you can still smile and be considered powerful! She even had an outfit to envy, too! While we don’t necessarily think brooches are making a comeback, her sparkly version was the perfect accent to her front page.
What we did learn though is that this is one triad we wouldn't want to mess with!
Get a closer look at these three in the gallery (below)!

Hmmm, the bold red lip is REALLY throwing this outfit off!
Claire Danes attended the Producers Guild Of America Awards in Beverly Hills on Sunday with hubby Hugh Dancy, and while Claire’s Christian Dior dress silhouetted her svelte frame nicely, everything else about it wasn’t quite working!
The central ruching at the top gave the actress’ chest an almost concave appearance, and the white skirt seems just a little too long.
Then the pale blue of the satin clashed rather terribly with Claire’s orangy-red lipstick and blush…which was SUPER distracting!!
Finally, we're not really into the metallic Christian Louboutin pumps either!
We just KNOW she can do better!
