Now THIS is how you celebrate your 80th birthday!!
Willie Nelson is both a music and a pot legend around the globe, and he's notorious for his laid back attitude and amazing sense of humor. So when Conan O'Brien asked him to audition for the upcoming Hobbit sequel, there was no way he wasn't going to!
AND WE HAVE THE AUDITION TAPE (above)!
Of course, he's trying for the role of Gandalf, which is perfect, because Willie also thinks Balrogs are a**holes! LOLz!
Ian McKellen (Gandalf himself) doesn't agree, though, with the possible casting — but it's only because Willie is too young for the role! Here's what he said:
Dear Willie, You are far too young to play Gandy. But nice try; have a stoner of a birthday. Love and admiration. Ian
Check out the flawless audition! (This is fake, in case you were flabbergasted as to why Willie didn't get the role.)
If you've been wondering why you hadn't heard that Parks & Recreation's Adam Scott is such an amazing golfer before he won this year's Master's, that's probably because it was a different Adam Scott!
It's true, Adam Scott the actor is way different than Adam Scott the golfer, but the hatred the one has for the other is very real!
Actually, it's probably not real — but Adam went on Conan last night to vent about it all!
For a man that doesn't really take anything seriously, Conan O'Brien sure does take cycling seriously!!
We mean, just look at him: he's got the determination, the helmet, and the entire body suit!
THAT'S what we call dedication to a physical activity!
We suppose that not everything can be fun and games all the time — so maybe this is just his "serious" outlet. You know, where gets all the seriousness out of him for a little bit each day so he can spend the rest on the top of his comedy game! LOLz!
Either way, we're glad to see him out staying active!
She's beautiful, she's jacked, and she's smart as a whip — completely intimidating, but as you can see from this interview… super sweet, too!
She'll be defending her Strikeforce women's bantamweight title for the first time next week, and that's big news for the "Arm Collector" (which might be the coolest nickname ever!).
Check out her time with Conan (above) — and learn all about why they call her that!
Will Ferrell was recently on Conan and when Conan asked if he was watching the Olympics, Will started to lose it.
He's a big fan of the Olympics and was pumped that the American girls won team gymnastics, though he seemed a little more pumped that the Russian girls lost!
He spoke about how great it was to "see those little Russian girls crying."
Obviously he's just saying that to get a laugh.
And it worked!
Check out the video (above) for Will Ferrell's hyper-patriotic rant!
We like THIS attitude much better than the one that was blaming herself!
Though, we can totally understand with news like this that we'd want to place blame and find answers too.
Sharon Osbourne was on Conan, and we're glad that while it was a funny and amazing interview that Conan didn't shy away from asking her about Jack's diagnosis.
Here's what she said:
"My son will conquer!"
Jack, meanwhile, is also optimistic about his news:
"It's just one of those things you take as it comes. My life is far from over."
And while you battle and deal with this, we're going to continue to send all the positivity to you that we can — you're an amazing guy with such a strong will and attitude. You got this!
One of which was the first ever Milestone Award for musical ingenuity and innovation!
BUT, it seems the audience was NOT very happy that Biebs beat out Taylor Swift and Bruno Mars for the title, as he was BOOED while getting up on stage to accept the award AND when he wrapped up his VERY defensive acceptance speech!
Ch-ch-check out the cringe-worthy incident (above)!
Ooooof, and you can tell that when the booing starts, people from Bieber's camp try and cheer louder to mask it, which only makes it worse.
Hmmm we wonder if this mass negative reaction to Justin be about a certain abandoned monkey? Or are people getting tired of hearing him sing the word "baby" for the 1000th time?
And are you kidding us with this speech, Biebs? Way to NOT sound in the LEAST bit grateful... he even sounds pissed when he's thanking people!
Siiighhh. Well, whatever the reasons for JB's super strange speech, we are NOT impressed. And neither, it seems, was the crowd.
