It looks like Tom Brady's son, John Edward Thomas, might soon have a little brother or sister!

The injured Patriot quarterback's ex, actress Bridget Moynahan, was spotted visiting a California Medical Center this past weekend.

And she's looking all kinds of plump in the middle!

Who's the father this time????

Update: A rep for Moynahan assures us she "is not pregnant."

Katie Holmes was spotted in NYC this past weekend, where she's been rehearsing for that Broadway show she's going to be starring in.

Electra, with fiancee Rob Patterson, recently announced her engagement.
