Sharon Osbourne was NOT a happy mummy after Simon Cowell's 'unofficial' biography stated she quit UK X Factor because of Simon's sexual relationship with co-judge Dannii Minogue, and has recently been taking jabs at the reality television titan for spreading them lies.

But she would like you to know, there is NO BEEF between the two! In fact, she thinks he's fabulous!

Within its pages, the God of performance based, competitive reality TV claims that Sharon left UK's X Factor because she didn't like his sexual relationship with co-judge Dannii Minogue.

The Reigning Ruler of reality TV upset one of television’s Queen Mums recently by involving her in his shady, “unofficial” biography: Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell.

Sharon Osbourne is NOT happy that the Simon Cowell book describes her as ‘exploding’ with rage upon discovering the sexual relationship between himself and Dannii Minogue back when they all worked on UK’s X-Factor.

Sharon states:

After four years of love and commitment, the two have decided to call it quits, leaving one another with the highest of respect.

In an official tweetment, Dannii revealed:

Dannii Minogue joined fellow Aussie Miranda Kerr at the David Jones fall fashion showcase on Wednesday.

Dressed in a custom midnight blue dress, Dannii was on hand to present the latest from her and Tabitha Somerset-Webb's Project D line.

The color of the dress is gorgeous, but we wish she didn't try to match it with that electric blue eyeshadow. It's just too much!

Dannii Minogue is said to be signing a deal that will put her on the judges' panel on Britain's Got Talent.

Sources say that producers want her for the job and she's ready to sign the contract once her schedule clears. As we all know, the last thing she wants is have another X Factor disaster.

The revamped show on UK's ITV will also include comedian David Williams on the panel while long-time judge Amanda Holden takes some time off to have a baby. No worries though, she is said to be returning in April for the live shows.
