Eddie Murphy had some choice words for David Spade after his infamous "Hollywood Minute" bit on Saturday Night Live in the '80s. In Spade's new memoir Almost Interesting, the 51-year-old opens up about the joke that caused the Dr. Doolittle star to boycott the live comedy show for nearly 31 years — and not return until SNL 40 this past February.
As a refresher, in an episode of Spade's "Weekend Update"-style segment where he would harps on celebs, the comic showed a picture of Murphy (right after the movies Harlem Nights and Vampire in Brooklyn flopped) and joked about his struggling career:
"Look, children! It's a falling star. Make a wish."
As an SNL alum and fellow comedian trying to make it, Eddie was not thrilled to say the least. The actor called Spade constantly until finally David got the courage to call him back. The
convo confrontation went like this:
David Spade is dishing deets from WAY back!
The SNL alum revealed that The Shining actor tried to steal his leading lady right in front of his face!
"Nicholson asked Lara Flynn Boyle out in front of me while we were all smoking a doob somewhere. She got mad because I didn't stick up for her. I said, 'I've been in this town long enough to know when I'm outranked. You're either gonna go out with him or you're not.'"
And he was right. She did go out with him, even though she initially seemed repulsed by the idea. She remembered:
"She goes, 'No way. He's worse than Trump!'"
But then Lara clearly changed her mind about Jack, since the two were an item for years. What's worse is David had no idea — he actually found out from a tabloid!
Oh no, we're just crying from laughing so hard. That's all.
It's not that the first trailer for the documentary about Saturday Night Live legend and gone-too-soon star Chris Farley is breaking our young hearts all over again…
With interviews from friends David Spade, Adam Sandler, Bob Saget, and Dan Aykroyd — who witnessed the whirlwind tragedies of both Farley and John Belushi firsthand — the film feels like one of the most personal we've ever seen.
Ch-ch-check it out (above) but be prepared for the feels.
Time travel?! What in tarnation!
David Spade, err — Joe Dirt found himself in a bit of a pickle this time around, but it was kind of out of his hands, so to speak! LOLz!
Life was good for Joe after the first film ended, but things took a terrible turn when a tornado hit the area he was living in!
When the storm finally ended, JD found himself in another time zone and things basically get crazier from there!

Last week, we reported that ESPN news anchor Britt McHenry was suspended after footage of her being exceptionally rude to a towing company worker leaked online.
Now it seems that other stars have followed suit. Footage has leaked online of David Spade freaking out at a parking attendant!
Okay, so it's not real — it's a FunnyOrDie sketch spoofing the Britt McHenry tirade. But this clip is HIGHlarious!
Spade grows frustrated trying to get his Ford Focus, and he's pulling out the celebrity card to get what he wants.

This is nuckin' futs!
Whoops. Wrong movie!

We don't know too much about the movie yet, aside from the fact that Brittany Daniel and Christopher Walken are going to reprise their roles from the original, and that it will come out on July 16th.
Plus, you won't even have to wait for the sequel to his theaters, because thanks to Crackle, you can stream Joe Dirt into any room in your home.
