Betty Ford might be the best thing that’s happened to the Lohan family in a loooooong time!

Now that Lindsay is getting her shizz together — or so we hope — as she completes her 90-day treatment, the rest of her fam might actually get to resolve of their issues, too! How exactly? With a good ol’ family therapy session!

A source revealed:

Hmm, we HIGHly doubt Lindsay Lohan is happy about being in rehab seeing as she reportedly doesn't even think she NEEDS treatment for her substance issues…

Although Lilo IS probably over the moon about the fact that Betty Ford is letting her take Adderall!

Mommy Dearest Dina Lohan claims her daughter knows she needs help, is "happy" that she has this time to work on herself, AND that she even apologized directly to Dina because she's apparently "sorry" for all the drama that she's caused.

HA! Likely story.

In a recent interview, Dina explained all the recent rehab drama (or rather, gave HER version of events), stating:

Trying to keep up with Lindsay Lohan’s personal and family drama is proving to be incredibly difficult, to say the least!!

First there was the whole rehab mix-up. That led to Lindsay’s parents, Dina and Michael Lohan, pointing fingers, and now all of the sudden it seems like Lindsay’s parents are the sources of more dramz than Lindsay herself!!

Which may have actually been the case for years, according to LiLo’s interview with Piers Morgan.

But NOW, Michael Lohan claims that ENTIRE interview was complete hogwash and totes orchestrated by Dina.

Michael Lohan said the following about Lindsay’s interview:

Lindsay Lohan may be safely "ensconced in the bosom" of the Betty Ford Center, where she'll (hopefully) be serving the remainder of her 90 day, court-ordered rehab sentence in lieu of jail for her latest probation violation with little to no drama, but that doesn't mean gurlfriend isn't still finding ways to make it into the news!

And believe us, this one is a DOOZY!

Last month, the actress sat down for an INTENSELY in-depth, no-holds-barred interview with Piers Morgan about her bad reputation, drug use, countless legal and personal problems, her, ahem, 'strained' relationship with father Michael Lohan, and even her time with Samantha Ronson!

Seriously! No stone goes left un-turned!

And even if we have a hard time believing that she's only done cocaine "four or five times," and shake our head sadly when she STILL maintains that she doesn't belong in rehab, can stop drinking whenever she wants, and would rather repent by working with children in other countries, we're glad to at least see that she's attempting to reflect on her life choices and went into this latest program with a positive attitude!

But don't take our word for it!

In fact, she thinks he’s the LEAST helpful thing around!

Lindsay Lohan arrived at LAX yesterday to catch a flight with her sister Aliana.

The troubled actress tweeted that she’d be heading home to see her mom Dina and brother Michael.

Turns out, Lindsay Lohan will NOT be the first person in her family to spend time attempting to kick bad habits in the Seafield Center rehab facility in Westhampton Beach, where she'll be serving a specialized, 90-day sentence for her latest probation violation!

In fact, it appears her very own Daddy Dearest, Michael Lohan, spent some time there himself back in 1989 when he had his own issues with cocaine and alcohol…and in the process, became VERY friendly with the program's Executive Director, Mark Epley!

However, don't assume the familial connection is going to get our hard-pAArtying starlet any preferential treatment during her stay!
