We weren't too surprised to learn about DMX getting arrested for speeding on Wednesday. The man isn't a stranger to breakin' the law.

But while he admits he was in fact speeding, he claims there was no way he was going 100 in the 65mph zone.

Maybe he just really likes going to prison?

DMX, who was just released from jail last month, was arrested again last night in Phoenix.

The Arizona Highway patrol pulled the rapper over after he clocked on the rader going 102 mph. He was placed under arrest for criminal speed, driving on a suspended and revoked license and reckless driving, but was released this morning on a bond.

It never ends with you, does it D? Some people just never learn!

Can we get a "probation violation" over here! YUP!

Now that DMX isn't sitting around in jail all day, he's been in the studio all day and all night.

He's working on his seventh album, one that he hopes will sound like old hip-hop.

Because guess what! He doesn't like today's music that much, stating:

To recap, back in December, DMX was sentenced to serve a year in an Arizona prison after admitting to violating probation by drinking alcohol.

He was supposed to be released last week, but was forced to spend an extra week behind bars for failing a drug test.

Now, X has served his extra week, and he's being released today.

He had already served over 100 days in prison while waiting for his trial, and he SHOULD be free tomorrow, but he'll have to spend at least one extra week behind bars for failing a drug test.

According to prison records, X got caught smoking on two separate occasions, and he was caught with drugs once.

Not good at all. We hope he doesn't get into more trouble after he leaves prison…but the fact that he failed a drug test while IN PRISON doesn't bode particularly well.

This afternoon, a judge in Arizona sentenced rapper DMX to another year in prison after he admitted he violated his probation by drinking alcohol.

He's already served 113 days while waiting for his trial, so those will count against his sentence.

Hope this time around helps give him a little perspective.

Things aren't looking great for DMX, but then again…when are they?

DMX appeared in court in Phoenix earlier today on charges that he violated probation by using cocaine and OxyContin.

According to court documents, he didn't submit to drug testing and drove with a suspended license.

DMX denied violating his probation, and now he's got another hearing set for Dec. 9.

We're not optimistic that things are going to go well for DMX this time around.

He's just gotten into WAY too much trouble recently…but who knows? Maybe he'll get out of it, Lilo-style though we doubt it!

Roll out the Welcome Mat! He's baaaaack!

DMX is back behind bars this morning after he violated his probation last night. Officials in Phoenix say he was brought in around 6:00 PM for failing to check with his probation officer. He'll be back in court on the 24th of this month for a a probation revocation hearing.

So much for parole!
