We finally have some clarification!
In an exclusive interview with TMZ, the pet owner embroiled in Cesar Millan's animal cruelty case has come forward. Apparently Sandy, who owns the dog and pig involved in this scandal, supports Cesar 100%.
Here's a little refresher as to what's going on — some animal activists are extremely upset with Millan's decision to allow Simon, who was once an aggressive dog, into the pen of Sandy's pet pig. The Cesar 911 star had hoped some interaction between the feuding animals would improve their behavior towards one another.
Unfortunately, Simon bit the pig's ear which caused it to bleed. Upon seeing this incident go down on television, Los Angeles County Animal Control received a lot of pissed off calls and now C.M. is being investigated for animal cruelty.
In response to the outrage, Sandy has come forward to stop the backlash, saying:
"I had asked for Cesar's help because Simon had a lifelong history of aggression towards animals, including my two potbellied pigs. During the filming of Simon's rehabilitation, he did nip the ear of a large farm pig and the ear began to bleed. However, the farm pig was not seriously injured and within an hour of the incident Simon and the pig were walking calmly and peacefully together."
Well, at least the animals mended their differences!
The animal lover added:
"I feel so blessed to have had Cesar's help and it upsets me profoundly that people have mischaracterized what really happened. I have a brand new life with Simon and having Cesar's help made the difference. It's the best thing that ever happened to Simon and I."
Aw. We're so happy to hear Simon is now a more peaceful dog and that the pig is fine.
So, do YOU believe Sandy?

Every high-profile actress needs a dog publicist, obvs.
Over the past few days, Susan Sarandon's dog Penny Lane took to Twitter to give us updates about the actress' sprained ankle. According to Ms. Lane, Susan injured herself while climbing a mountain Colombia.
Side note: you're a total badass, Suse!
Luckily for Sarandon fans, the pup has been quite diligent in her medial reports throughout the week which you can check out (below)!
What a thorough doggy! We think Harvard Medical School is calling your name, Penny!
Overall, we're just glad to hear Susan is doing well and recuperating under the watch of her loving pet.
Get better, girl!
The Jane the Virgin star took to her social media with an adorable photo of herself snuggling with the sweet pup to share the devastating news. She penned:
"Hardest thing in the entire world was saying goodbye to my Ted today. I love you. I always will. I'll never forget the joy you brought into my life, the journey we took together. You are my boy and mama will miss you. Not sure how to process or handle you not being around anymore. In complete shock hoping anything will make this better. I love you buddy. Forever."
All the feels!
Although the 31-year-old didn't reveal what happened to little Ted, anyone who follows the actress knows how much he meant to her.
Let's take a look back on their precious time together (below):
What in the world is going on Down Under?!
A contestant (?!) named Erik The Dog might be about to win Australia's Got Talent — which, hey, whatever… until you learn Erik is a freakin' ROBOTIC DOG!
That's right! The AGT hosts love the flirty, cheeky metallic fake dog, but viewers of the show are now up in arms — because the K-9 could actually win a quarter of a million dollars!
Hosts Sophie Monk and Kelly Osbourne have been smitten with the sharp-tongued, quick-witted robot for some time.
The dog is actually pretty charming… in a weird way.
During the semifinals, he twerked to I'm Too Sexy, which got the judges all hot and bothered, even causing Kelly to call the pup her "boyfriend."
Ch-ch-check it out (below):
This is beyond messed up.
As we reported, Salma Hayek's 9-year-old dog Mozart was found dead on the actress' Washington state ranch last week after bleeding to death from a pellet gun shot. The 49-year-old took to Instagram on Saturday with the tragic news.
Now, we have learned authorities have closed the case after discovering the pup had been trespassing on Hayek's neighbor's property.
According to police, Salma's neighbor admitted to shooting Mozart after being fed up with the Frida star's dogs coming onto his property and allegedly attacking his dogs — which he says happens every time the groundskeeper took them for a walk.
Miz Hayek was in El Lay during the time of the shooting.
The neighbor says he used
