A bottlenose dolphin born with a deformity has been abandoned by his original group. The babe suffers from a deformed spine, and he could not keep up with his fellow dolphins.
The dolphin could have also been teased by the members of his original pod as well.
But, thankfully, sperm whales have come to the rescue!
Dolphins know when they are in a sticky situation…they look for their friends with opposable thumbs!!!
A wild dolphin in distress swam near a group of divers in Hawaii, and they noticed the bottlenose had limited mobility.
Stampeding dolphins are never usually spotted.
But thanks to someone who was on Capt. Dave's Dolphin and Whale Safari on Sunday, we're getting a FANTABULOUS peek at the aquatic animals gliding through the ocean!!
And we must say, it's quite beautiful!!
