Brie Larson is the real MVP!
While presenting the Best Actor award to Casey Affleck at the Oscars Sunday, the actress very pointedly didn't clap for the actor as he took to the stage to accept his award.
And people definitely noticed!
During her SiriusXM show, the 44-year-old discussed experiencing the diva's New Year's Eve performance fail in person — and called the songstress out for pointing the blame afterward!
On Tuesday's The Jenny McCarthy Show, the comedienne talked about what it was like being in Times Square after Carey severely botched her performance during Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest.
McCarthy, who has co-hosted the holiday special for the past seven years, recounted the awkwardness, explaining:
"Mouths [were] hanging open, everyone [was] shocked. We only gave you a shortened version of that. We had to go through another song of her walking around. It was just, it was so bad…
After considering the technical problems that were allegedly responsible for the mishap, McCarthy found empathy for the Elusive Chanteuse, continuing:
Can we hear a resounding "AWWWW" from everybody??
Donnie held his own in classic black and added a touch of color with a pink velvet blazer, while his better half vamped it up in an all black floor sweeping jumpsuit. We're also loving the short hair pushed back — get it boo!
Are these too bursting with cuteness or what?!

The iconic Arcada Theater in St. Charles, IL hosted nearly 1,000 fans in an intimate concert experience, AND the Blue Bloods star made a matching donation of $100,000 to the foundation.
Special guests included New Kids on the Block band mates, Jordan Knight, Joey McIntyre, and Danny Wood with hip hop artists, Nice & Smooth and Naughty by Nature.
The Chicago lovebirds then brought the party back to
This is too real!!!
The New Kids On The Block singer published a piece Monday in the Chicago Sun Times' Splash section where he owned up to watching — and loving — the addictive reality TV show… and not just to make Jenny McCarthy happy!
Ch-ch-check out what he has to say about karmic retribution and the reality show after all those years of boy band touring (below):
Jenny McCarthy is taking a look back at her 2015!
Talk about some pretty big milestones!
The SiriusXM personality told People about raising her young adult (his father is Jenny's ex John Asher), who was diagnosed with autism in 2005:
"Amazing and scary. He's turning into the most amazing human. He's always been the most amazing human being, but the teenage years, you never know what's gonna happen."
Unlike most kids his age, the actress says her son refuses to use any cuss words, even though he hears other people — including herself — doing it:
"All his friends swear, and he won't do it. Considering I swear like a truck driver, I'm very proud of him."
As for her relationship with Mark Wahlberg's brother, the TV personality gushed:
"I had no idea this level of love existed. The more and more that we let go of fears, the more we fall in love. Going into it, if I didn't love myself – don't get me wrong, I'm a work in progress! – I would never have been ready to be married. You can't expect the bar to get raised by your partner. You have to raise it first, and then you'll attract wonderful."
Sounds like Miz McCarthy had quite the year! We can't wait to see what's in store for her in 2016!
