According to the National Enquirer, the Dr. Phil show is holding on for dear life with a mad man at its core.

The TV shrink abruptly fired 30 employees, turning his already understaffed show into a "sweatshop."

"It's a mess over at Dr. Phil's," said a source. "It used to be the premier talk show to work for when he started in 2002, but now it's a wreck."

Once staffing 250 employees, the show is now down to 100 and it shows!

"Every season his ratings get lower and lower," continues the insider. "Last season's were the worst, and he has no one to blame but himself."

At his most popular in 2005, Dr. Phil has 7.2 million viewers, but he's now dragging in only 2.5 million.

It's only a matter of time before the show canceled and we'd love to see Dr. Phil get excited about HIS life!

As if he hasn't been in enough trouble lately!!!

Sara Morrison, a 44-year-old mother, is claiming that Dr. Phil sexually abused her when she took an internship at his office in 1984.

"Dr. Phil is a monster! Not a single day has gone by when I haven't been affected by what Phil McGraw did to me," said the alleged victim. "He profoundly affected the course of my life. The world should know this man is a predator and a bully. He shouldn't be telling Americans how to live their lives, how to improve themselves."

While in her sophomore year of college, Dr. Phil began treating Morrison for a sudden psychological down turn.

"I suffered from low self-esteem, and I was depressed, lonely and suicidal," recalled Sara. "Phil was extremely insistent that I call him all the time, and he would call me. He wanted to see me three or four times a week - as a patient."

Although nothing out of the ordinary occurred during treatment, McGraw hired the young girl to work as his intern the following summer while simultaneously charging her as a patient.

"The first day I showed up for work, Phil had his hands all over me," she revealed.

At the time, Phil and his second wife Robin had been married for eight years when authorities were called in to investigate the abuse, but his behavior continued.

"Phil would pull me down to sit in his lap while he talked on the phone to patients, other doctors, even his wife! He'd be running his hand up and down the inside of my thigh all the way up to my panties."

Ew! Ew! Ew!

Wouldn't we have heard about this sooner?!

Allowing someone to work in an office where she was also a patient?!

We all know the Dr. Phil show has rapidly gone downhill, but we had no idea his integrity was also plummeting!

Dr. Phil McGraw and wife, Robin, are being sued by former employees Deborah Flattery and Brynja McGrady for alleged fraud, breach of contract and several other doozies!

The duo, under the name Flattery Concepts and Designs, had a 5-year long business relationship with the McGraws, performing duties such as home design, event planning, makeovers, attending medical/dental appointments, scriptwriting and even promoting their son's band.

How multipurpose!

In January 2006, Robin promised Flattery and McGrady that if they developed a skin care line, she would make sure it was featured on the Dr. Phil show.

The pair created Miracle Hydrate, a line of products in which Robin had a tremendous amount of input due to her influence.

After countless out-of-pocket expenses and empty promises over the course of a year, Miracle Hyrate would be featured on the Dr Phil Christmas Special.

The day before the expected appearance, Robin informed Flattery and McGrady their product would not be featured and would be replaced with the products of close friend and esthetitician Janet Harris.

As if Robin's secret is an esthetician! Bitch has had serious work done!

Mrs. McGraw soon began to avoid contact with the pair and began to convey messages through text messages from her assistant.

Apparently, the McGraws have a habit of creating issues to escape paying vendors for services.

El Lay dentist Dr. Eddie Simon was promised an appearance on Dr Phil or The Doctors along with a joint European family vacation in exchange for extraordinary home dental services.

After treating the McGraws, his appearance was canceled and Simon showed up with his family in Europe only to be stood up.

The family had a similar situation with a company who agreed to remodel their home. When the job turned out more costly than expected, Robin decided to hide the excess workers necessary, suggesting that they sneak in and out of the house to avoid being seen by Phil. Then, the family proceeded to accuse them of improper billing practices.

Just the people to preach about marriage and self improvement!!!

Robin has even publically taken credit for the plaintiff's home and office designs featured in People and Ladies Home Journal.

The plaintiff is claiming out of pocket expenses of $650,000 and project benefits of appearing on the show at $4 million.

People are never what they seem!

Dr. Phil is allowing his troubled home life to effect his work life in the shittiest way possible!

15 members of the Dr. Phil staff found themselves recently in the unemployment line!

"It was a bloodbath… People who had worked together for years suddenly were unemployed," a Dr. Phil insider dished to reporters.

"Right now it's a very much a sinking-ship mentality at the Dr. Phil show… I've never seen such stress."

The blabbermouth employee believes Phil's drama-filled marriage is taking its toll on the talk show host and in turn he's taking it out on his poor coworkers!

"I think Dr. Phil is under the constant fear that his wife Robin is going to leave, take half his money and write a tell-all about their life together. If Phil is stressed out over Robin - he passes that stress on to the staff," the chatty-cathy explained.

The word on the Dr. Phil set is even longtime producers and high-ranking employees for the show are scoping out the classifieds in case Phil snaps again!

Better be safe than sorry!

We love hearing about stupid criminals. And you can't get any dumber than this family!

Matthew Eaton and his wife, Laura, must have thought they were some smart thieves. In fact, they even went on the Dr. Phil show last November to brag about it!!!!!!!

WTF?!?

The Eatons, from San Marcos, California, went on national television to brag about making over $100,000 by shoplifting and then selling their shit on eBay.

Well, the imbecilic family is now under investigation by federal agents.

Oh, and on the show they even included a video showing them and their three young children on a three-day shoplifting excursion.

They told Dr. Phil how in just one week they made $3,500 just from selling stolen toys, adding that the thefts were "easy money."

And according to the show, they've been stealing for about six years now.

The couple finally got caught last week by the Secret Service and members of the San Diego Regional Fraud Task Force who searched their home and seized several of their belongings.

As of yet, the Eatons haven't been arrested or charged, but they have hired an attorney to represent them. Unfortunately their attorney from the United Defense Group in Los Angeles has decided not to comment on the case.

Good news!

Dr. Phil McGraw has revealed that a distraught Nadya "Octo-Mom Suleman" reached out to him on Tuesday for advice because the hospital that's currently caring for the premature Octo-Babies may not allow her to take them home.

Good!!!!!!

"What she is telling me is that unless and until she has a better living arrangement, that they are not likely to release the children to her," said Dr. Phil to the Los Angeles Times.

Sidenote, Octopussy and Dr. Phil have a pre-existing relationship, so it's not odd that she called him in her time of need. She's set to appear on two episodes of his show (the first of which is scheduled to air today, Wednesday).

The Octo-Babies' hospital, Kaiser in Bellflower, CA, has refused to comment on the dramz Dr. Phil blabbed about.

But, a neonatal nurse who works at another Kaiser branch provided some insights. Social workers apparently evaluate parents of very premature babies to determine what services the children and family may be entitled to.

"If they feel there's a risk to a baby, they contact Child Protective Services and Child Protective Services would make a determination as to whether or not there's a reason for concern," said the nurse.

Things aren't looking great for Nadya!

She's unemployed, lives off government assistance and could find herself homeless with the Octo-Babies and the six other kids that preceded them!

All y'all know Nadya and her six other kids have been living with Octo-Granny who's $23,000 behind in mortgage payments.

Octo-Mom, kids and Granny may be out on the streets if the outstanding monies aren't paid by May 5th!

We just want to see all 14 kids properly looked after!

We guess that in these difficult economic times, no one really want to see someone tell guests to "Get real" because Dr. Phil's ratings are down down down.

In fact, Dr. Phil has seen the worst ratings drop of any major syndicated talk show, down 27% from last season. Not only that, but the show has lost a third of its core demographic - women 18-49.

Conversely, Ellen DeGeneres' notably chipper show is up 11%.

Viewers at home have gotten tired of taking a verbal beating from a man who isn't actually qualified to do so.

Surprise!

Some Mindy McCready news that's NOT about jail time!

A report claims that the cracked out country crooner is apparently going back to rehab after trying to "do herself in" with vodka and Ambien late last week.

McCready supposedly became suicidal after getting dumped by her boyfriend and collapsed while on the phone with her mother.

Dr. Phil reportedly suggested to the troubled singer that she head to Arizona for treatment.

Mindy is the doc's new "personal project."

Both parties have declined to comment.

Hey, rehab is better than jail, right?

Actually, we'd prefer prison over Dr. Phil!
