Sherri Shepherd's Ex Lamar Sally Reacts To The Failed Appeal To Remove Her Name From Lamar Jr.'s Birth Certificate!
Lamar Sally is loving this victory!
On Monday, a judge ruled against Sherri Shepherd's appeal to remove her name from Lamar Sally Jr.'s birth certificate, because she doesn't want to continue to be the legal parent of the surrogate son she shares with her ex.
The one-year-old was conceived with the help of an egg donor. The actress had reportedly felt tricked into going through with the procedure.
Now, the comedienne's former flame is opening up to People about the recent ruling, saying:
"I'm glad it's finally over. I'm glad the judges saw through all the lies that she put out there, and the negative media attention. If she won't be there for L.J. emotionally, I'll be parent enough for the both of us."
Well, the thing is it's not necessarily over just yet. The former co-host of The View still has the opportunity to appeal at Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
After all, the momma is forking over quite a pretty penny each month in child support for an infant with whom she has no blood relation.
Do U think Sherri will take her battle to the Supreme Court, Perezcious readers?

Sherri Shepherd Loses Appeal To Have Her Name Removed From Lamar Sally Jr.'s Birth Certificate — Will She Try For The Supreme Court Next?
On Tuesday, it was revealed that Sherri Shepherd has lost an appeal to have her name removed from the birth certificate of the son she had via surrogacy with Lamar Sally. Oof!
As we previously reported, the 30 Rock actress continues to be wrapped up in a heated legal battle with her ex after the funny lady expressed she no longer wished to be the legal parent to Lamar Jr. — who was born via an egg donor.
In fact, the View host was hesitant to remain little Lamar's momma because the surrogacy decision was made pre-separation to her former flame — claiming she was tricked into making the decision to have another child. Whoa!
We're not surprised to report that lawyers attempted to convince a court that the Broadway star shouldn't be financially responsible for the child since they aren't biologically related. Unfortunately, the defense didn't work and Sherri will still have to pay child support after losing her recent bid.
Specifically, the 48-year-old will continue to pay $4,100 per month until the infant turns 13-years-old — where the check amount will increase to $4,600. Bummer.
Though, it seems this case could head to the Supreme Court if the comedienne wants to appeal this recent ruling. We have a feeling we'll be seeing Sherri in court again very soon!

This is so bizarre!
On Tuesday, it was revealed that Chris Rock hasn't seen the 7-year-old girl who has been living with his family since she was an infant in over a YEAR! Whoa.
It's said that now that the Everybody Hates Chris creator is divorcing his wife, Malaak, he's distancing himself from the little one — as he believes Ntombi was brought over from South Africa under shady circumstances. Huh??
In case you forgot, the kiddo first joined the Rock family back in 2008 when she was only 6 months old. Apparently, Ntombi's parents were unemployed South Africans and the Hollywood couple took in their daughter. Not to mention, the duo even enrolled their "foster" daughter in a New Jersey school.
Last year, the A-lister began his divorce proceedings with his wife and maintained a relationship with his two biological daughters but not Ntombi. Around this same time, South African officials opened an investigation to try and piece together how the youngster went from their country to the U.S. since there is N-O evidence of a legal adoption.
Hmm, very inneresting!
Sources claim that the comedian has
While we had been hearing a bunch of rumors that Tamar Braxton was practically at war with her four sisters over her newfound level of fame, it seems like that might not actually be the case.
As you may know, while the Dancing with the Stars alum is currently taking a break to heal after her pulmonary embolism diagnosis, her older sister Traci Braxton will be filling in for her on The Real.
That casting alone speaks volumes since there were reports that Tamar wasn't letting any of her Braxton Family Values costars on the show!
Now Traci is setting the record straight on their supposed feud, saying:
