South Park Kills! And Brings People Back From The Dead!

| Filed under: TV NewsMichael JacksonDJ A.M.Ed McMahon

In the HIGHlarious (although, some would argue crass) season premiere, deceased celebrities rose from their grave to haunt the boys of South Park.

Billy Mays, David Carradine, Farrah Fawcett, Ed McMahon, Walter Cronkite, DJ AM and Michael Jackson were just some celebrities to be trapped in purgatory, waiting to enter heaven.

Jackson went as far as to inhabit Ike's body and force him to do terrible impersonations, resulting in banishing him by parodying child beauty pageants.

But, Mays came back pitching a new product, Chipoltaway, which helped those that ingested Chipotle remove the blood from their underwear.

Mayjah LOLs!!!

Vulgar. Tasteless. And we loves it!

Vandalized! Poor Ed

With all the attention on Michael Jackson's passing, no one seems to remember that we also lost a TV legend as well. Ed McMahon was a television icon, but some people have no respect for that kind of thing.

This was the condition of Ed's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday.

How awful!

No flowers, no notes, and of course, the clear vandalization of his honor.

Don't worry, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce came to clean it up immediately, but how sad.

Shame.

Ed McMahon has dropped his lawsuit against the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for the misdiagnosis of his broken neck.

McMahon claimed back in September 2008 that the hospital failed to perform an x-ray and give the former Tonight Show co-star the treatment he needed.

Ed's attorneys have settled the issue with both the hospital and doctors for an undi$closed amount.

Desperate times call for desperate measures!

Ed McMahon - who is battling bone cancer - may have to take his deposition for his lawsuit against Cedars Sinai from his bed in the ICU at the UCLA Medical Center.

If Ed doesn't have his deposition taken, he risks having the case discarded completely.

McMahon's lawyer has written Cedars Sinai's legal team stating that Ed, who has been bedridden for the past 3 months, will be available, however, "He is not able to leave his hospital bed. Please suggest appropriate dates next week. Please be advised that Ed remains in ICU so medical precautions will be necessary at the direction of the attending UCLA staff."

We hope Cedars shows some compassion!
