| Filed under: John KrasinskiEmily BluntCritics' Choice Awards

So well-deserved!

For the first female acting award of the night, Emily Blunt beat out some other A-list celebs to win the Critics’ Choice Movie Award for an Actress in an Action Movie.

She really was fun to watch in the Edge of Tomorrow, but her acceptance speech might have been even better!

Emily used her time on stage to highlight how amazing it was to play a woman in an action flick who wasn't just a damsel in distress.

To win her award, she beat out Scarlett Johansson for Lucy, Jennifer Lawrence for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1, Zoe Saldana for Guardians of the Galaxy, and Shailene Woodley for Divergent.

Plus, Emily even got to share a totally adorable moment with her husband John Krasinski.

Uh-oh!!!

While the Golden Globes don't air until Sunday night, two of the most important awards might have been spoiled before the event even begins!

And the culprit is none other than the Hollywood Foreign Press Association itself!

While promoting the award show on its site, the HFPA might have made a small accident when highlighting last year's winners 12 Years a Slave and American Hustle.
