Eva Mendes may not indulge us with awesome stories about Ryan Gosling, but at least she takes really pretty pictures for us to look at! It's kind of the same thing!
Okay, not really. But the actress does look brutally hot in the "Saints & Sinners" issue of Net-A-Porter's The Edit this week, and we can't not show some appreciation for that.
In keeping with the theme, the peeps at The Edit dress Eva in the seksiest black and white dresses they could find, like a black lace number from Dolce & Gabbana and a delicate white floral lace Anna Sui frock.
Additional lacy outfits are provided by Valentino and Alessandra Rich, though our fave may be the ruffled collar coat by Moschino. It makes her look like a seksi pirate!
The 39-year-old also talks about her new fashion line with New York & Co., saying:
Eva Mendes stopped by the set of Extra on Wednesday to chat with Mario Lopez about her New York & Company collection.
Wearing a red polka dotted New York & Company dress with gorgeous burgundy Bionda Castana pumps, the 39-year-old looked flawless.
Eva actually wore the peach version last week on Good Morning America, but we think we like this one better. The deep red color is perfect for fall!
That being said, maybe next time she can give us something other than Little House on the Prairie pretty.
What do U think???

Eva Mendes attended the Vanidades Style Icon Awards in New York on Thursday night in an AH-mazing black Luis Estévez dress!
Not only is it a stunning fit for the actress, but the best part is the pieces from the high collar extend all the way to the floor, creating beautiful movement.
For the rest of Eva's stylish look, she went with a gold theme by adding hoop earrings, bangle, and Reece Hudson
Surprisingly, they don't compare in beauty to her flawless bouncy waves!
We can hardly believe that just hours before, Eva donned two completely different looks for Good Morning America!
But we've gotta say we're loving the Old Hollywood meets Flapper Girl look Miz Mendes has got going on here!

She works hard for the money!
Less than 24 hours after celebrating the launch of her New York & Company collection, Eva Mendes was up bright and early today to promote the heck out of it on Good Morning America.
The actress turned designer arrived at the New York City studio in a polka dot prairie dress with full skirt and taupe Christian Louboutin heels.
But when it came time to leave, Eva made a quick change into a floral flared dress worn under a pale pink coat.
We love how she switched up her hair too, going for a sleek ponytail to an updo held together with a polka dotted headband.
So sneaky! Girl is good!

After months of waiting, Eva Mendes attended the launch of her New York & Company clothing line in New York City Wednesday night.
Looking like a seksi secretary, the actress made the perfect model in a white blouse and jacquard pencil skirt, both from her collection.
But an Eva look would not be complete without the accessories!
A black and gray belt helped highlight her waist while a gold necklace kept her ensem from looking like she stepped out of the office. To polish the look off, Eva added Saint Laurent pumps as well as a purse.
We bet Miz Mendes would have no problem clocking in overtime with Ryan Gosling is this look! Ha!

It's Eva Mendes' Lucky day or should we say month?
Ryan Gosling's leading lady graces the front of the mag's October issue looking girly and rocker chic in a black python leather jacket and white pleated skirt, both by Jason Wu.
In her spread, Eva models pieces from her own New York & Company collection including a LBD and chiffon bodysuit before changing into an H&M dress.

Actors and actresses are constantly trying to gain or lose weight for roles in movies and TV shows, but sometimes it can be easy to take things a little too far!
Eva Mendes knows this all too well, and she admits she tried to shed some serious pounds while working on The Place Beyond The Pines!
"I'll do anything for a role! For [The] Place Beyond the Pines, I exercised a lot. I wanted my character to feel really depleted."
Well apparently she did too good of a job getting that "depleted" look she was aiming for, and somebody took notice: Her mother!!!
She goes on to say:
