Disney's Moana Will NOT Have A Love Interest — But You Can Still VOTE For Your Favorite Disney Romance!

She's got bigger fish to fry.

Disney's Moana is the story of the titular 16-year-old girl, voiced by Hawaiian newcomer Auli'i Cravalho, who goes on an adventure to find a banished demi god Maui (Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) to save the world!

During Disney's panel at San Diego Comic-Con, directors John Musker and Ron Clements revealed that the Polynesian princess will not have a love interest in this story.

The Little Mermaid filmmakers noted that this is a film about the heroine finding herself — and while she won't have a romance with a prince, Moana has a magical relationship with the sea.

With recent Disney hits like Frozen and Wreck-It Ralph centering around themes about friendship and self-acceptance, we think this idea will really pay off for modern audiences.

Sure, there's so much more for children to take away in movies aside from finding their true love — but we can never forget our favorite couples from Disney classics!

Vote for YOUR favorite Disney romantic pairings (below) and catch a romance-less Moana in theaters November 23!

We definitely know who we're gonna call now!

5 Seconds of Summer just dropped the hair-raising music video for their new song Girls Talk Boys — and we can't get enough!

Since the funky track is coming off the Ghostbusters soundtrack, it's no surprise that the boys strapped on their jumpsuits and proton packs for one ghastly video!

Though unlike the high-budget reboot starring Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy, 5SOS's ghost-hunting footage is pretty amateur — but that doesn't mean we wouldn't give the Aussie rock band a call to bust some ghosts.

Actually, these boys clearly don't know what they're doing, so we'll stick to the professionals in the film instead.

Ch-ch-check out the funny video for Girls Talk Boys (below) and catch Ghostbusters in theaters now!

Pokémon Go's Incredible Success Helps Score Green Light For First Ever Live-Action Pokémon Movie!

We choose you, Detective Pikachu!

Despite debuting way back in 1995, Pokémon is currently at the peak of its popularity thanks to Pokémon Go.

The Niantic augmented reality app already has more daily users than every other social media service, which perfectly exemplifies why we're not shocked that a live-action Pokémon movie is officially a go!

That's right, nerds! Legendary Entertainment will be teaming up with The Pokémon Company to create a feature-length adaptation of their newest video game, Detective Pikachu, with production starting as early as 2017.

Video: Justin Bieber Wants To Be The Very Best, Like No One Ever Was

While there's no direct relation between Pokémon Go and the new movie… it cannot be a coincidence that the project was announced just two weeks after the game's American release and subsequent 25 percent jump in stock for Nintendo.

There's no word on casting just yet… but we think it's safe to say Danny DeVito is the clear choice to voice Pikachu, right?!

Plus, Universal will be handling the distribution rights for the fast-tracked film, so hopefully that means even more IRL Pokémon when Universal Studios eventually opens Nintendo Land!

Which of Ash's adventures do U want to see continue the live-action franchise next??
