Dani Mathers pleaded not guilty to invasion of privacy after being charged for that horrible Snapchat she shared of a naked woman in a gym locker room.

In case you missed it, back in July the Playboy Playmate posted a photo of another gym-goer who, in the privacy of the women's locker room, wasn't wearing any clothes.

In the snap's caption, the 29-year-old straight-up body-shamed the poor lady, writing:

"My favorite workout is Tabata, which I can do at home in about a half hour. I'm in love with it! It's hard, but it really works. I choose seven different exercises, like squats, lunges, or pushups, and do eight rounds of each – 20 seconds on, 20 seconds off for eight rounds. It really revs up my metabolism. When I'm done, I can handle anything."

The KUWTK star wrote:

"You dolls know I'm all about a little indulging, especially during the holidays. But when you're on that health grind, dinner parties can be tough. If you're the hostess, I don't think you have to sacrifice your diet for pleasing your guests. This is what I would make for a lighter holiday dinner party! Don't worry—dessert is still allowed, LOL."

Instead of serving cheese as an appetizer, KoKo recommends crudités and hummus!
