Flying Fat Guy Talks About Procedures To Remove Excess Skin

It's been too long since we've heard from the Flying Fat Guy, but after a month-long hiatus from his regular video blog, he's back!

If you haven't heard by now, this guy has lost over 190 pounds since beginning his weight loss journey and looks great!

However, with a lot of weight loss comes a lot of extra skin. People may be afraid to talk about this unfortunate side effect of weight loss, but he's not because it's a REALITY!

The Flying Fat Guy, a.k.a. Gary Holm, is back to share more of his wisdom he gained while losing a whole lot of weight!

In his most recent exclusive Fitperez video blog, he talks about exercise. Simple, easy exercise.

In order to lose weight one must burn calories and in order to burn calories one must exercise!

As you'll hear in the video above, exercise doesn't have to be complicated and can be as simple as walking or going for a hike!

If you decide to take undertake a regular cardio routine, the Flying Fat Guy says the KEY is exercising longer, rather than shorter and harder, in order to burn "stored energy".
