Unfortunately for one Florida man, some baristas have a mean streak — an employee at the popular coffee shop wrote "Diabetes Here I Come" on his cup!
It all started when the offended customer ordered a Grande White Mocha with classic syrup at the Starbucks in St. Augustine, Florida and shortly after he noticed the extremely inappropriate message on his cup.

On Sunday, the Clarksville, TN native went to his local McDonald's drive-thru at 1 a.m. for a milkshake where he got more than he bargained for.
While he never received his drink, he did meet an eccentric employee who gave Josh the craziest fast food experience he's ever had!
And of course, the Tennessee native chronicled his bizarre journey on Twitter.
