The New England Patriots quarterback learned on Tuesday that, even after his hearing, the league was going to uphold his four-game suspension over the Deflategate drama.
On Wednesday, the sports star teamed up with the NFL Players Association to sue the football organization over the result of the appeal.
The suit cites that Commissioner Roger Goodell's bias was involved in the decision, and claims the ruling "defied any concept of fundamental fairness."

On Wednesday, the New England Patriots quarterback posted a lengthy statement on his Facebook page in response to the league's decision after his appeal hearing.
The 37-year-old wrote:
"I am very disappointed by the NFL's decision to uphold the 4 game suspension against me. I did nothing wrong, and no one in the Patriots organization did either. Despite submitting to hours of testimony over the past 6 months, it is disappointing that the Commissioner upheld my suspension based upon a standard that it was 'probable' that I was 'generally aware' of misconduct. The fact is that neither I, nor any equipment person, did anything of which we have been accused. He dismissed my hours of testimony and it is disappointing that he found it unreliable."
Brady also discussed the controversy that he destroyed his cell phone before meeting with investigator Ted Wells, explaining that he replaced his broken Samsung phone with an iPhone 6 after he was told that his phone wouldn't be investigated. He continued:
On Monday, it was reported that the Arizona Cardinals hired what's believed to be the first ever female coach of any kind to the NFL. AH-Mazing!
The football team appointed Jen Welter as an assistant coaching intern, for training camp and the pre-season, to work with inside linebackers. Whoa!
The Arizona team's head coach Bruce Arians was asked back in March when the league would have a female coach.
Now, the singer has confirmed why the two are choosing not to get super hot and heavy or freak in the sheets! The 29-year-old is opening up about why she and the Seattle Seahawks quarterback have yet to consummate their relationship.
