Lindsay Lohan and her rumored girlfriend, DJ Samantha Ronson, take a lover's stroll in Paris on Tuesday.

The pair were said to have gotten into a big fight this past weekend, but they appeared to have kissed and made up already!

Is that a hickie on Ronson's neck???

Lohan has yet to speak publicly about the exact nature of her relationship with Samantha.

She could do SO much better, though!

The 61st Cannes Film Festival kicks off with a splash on Wednesday, May 14th, but the celebs have already started to pour in!

The gorgeous and talented Natalie Portman was spotted strolling along the Croisette, the main strip of the city, on Tuesday.

This year, Nat is a member of the Cannes Jury. She will see all the films in competition and then help decide who takes home the coveted Palm D'or.

The big Indiana Jones movie is set to have its world premiere at Cannes. And, no, that film is just fluff. It's not in competition.

Miz Minogue kicked off her "X" world tour in Paris on Tuesday night, and by the look of things, it seems pretty fierce.

This latest outing is Kylie's biggest undertaking, costing millions and millions of dollars to put on and taking her to many parts of the world she's never played before, like Russia.

Too bad she's not coming to America! Sad.

Fames fragrance Chanel No. 5 is swapping out Nicole Kidman for Audrey Tatou as the face of the iconic perfume.

The French actress was such a no-brainer choice.

She's so French and chic, two words that come to mind when we think Chanel!

Chanel is re-teaming Audrey with Amelie director Jean-Pierre Jeunet for her 2009 commercial TV debut as brand whore.

French law officials want to throw the book at 73-year old screen legend Brigitte Bardot for inciting racial hatred toward the Muslim community.

Brigitte (a vocal animal activist) stated in a letter that she wrote to then interior minister Nicolas Sarkozy (now President of the country) protesting the method of slaying sheep during the Muslim festival of Aid El-Kebir.

"We're fed up with being led around by this whole population which is destroying us, destroying our country by imposing its acts," she said.

A bit harsh, baby?????

Bardot was upset because the sheep weren't being stunned before they are bled to death, which is the 'traditional' method.

The letter was published in a magazine and distributed to supporters of the Brigitte Bardot Foundation.

Several anti-racism groups in France filed complaints about the letter, accusing Bardot of provoking discrimination and racial hatred toward Muslims.

Bardot has been convicted of similar offenses on four previous occasions since 1997 and fined $2,250-$7,500.

The court will deliver its verdict June 3.

You'd think that after all those years of being alive the old gal would have gained some wisdom and learned some diplomacy!

How are they ever going to enforce this???

The French Parliament has created a new bill that would make it illegal for anyone to publicly promote extreme thinness. This includes everything from magazines, newspapers, websites, anything media related.

How do you PROMOTE extreme thinness???

This has "issues" written all over it!

The bill has already been approved unanimously and is set to go for approval to the Senate in the next few weeks.

This law would be the strongest of its type ever passed. The proposed law comes after the death of a Brazilian model in 2006 which was linked to anorexia. Her death prompted officials throughout the fashion industry to re-evaluate and address the use of portraying extremely thin models. This also led to Spain banning extremely thin models from walking in their fashion shows.

The French Health Ministry reports that there about 30,000 to 40,000 people dealing with anorexia in France, with the majority of the cases being women.

Valery Boyer, the conservative lawmaker who created the bill, argued that any media outlet encouraging extreme weight loss or anorexia, should be punishable in court.

Last week, fashion industry members and lawmakers all signed a charter agreeing to promote healthier body images.

Under the new law, if you are found guilty of “inciting others to deprive themselves of food” to an excessive degree, judges will have the power to imprison or fine offenders up to $47,000. Authorities can also sanction those individuals responsible to magazine photos portraying "excessive thinness."

Some in the fashion industry are strongly opposing the bill, such as Didier Grumbach, president of the influential French Federation of Couture. Rightfully so!

Grumbach said, “Never will we accept in our profession that a judge decides if a young girl is skinny or not skinny. That doesn’t exist in the world, and it will certainly not exist in France.”

This is a troubling and scary issue.

Is the government going too far?

Is the media to blame for anorexia? Is it genetic? What about peer pressure????

So many questions!

A lot of the stuff written about our beloved Brangelina is bogus, but this might actually be true!

According to new reports, Brad and Angelina have purchased a 'fortress' in France and Jolie plans to give birth there - as a loving tribute to her French(ish) mother, Marcheline Bertrand, who passed away last year.

Now, this is why we buy this.

1) Ange likes to adopt and give birth from countries all over the world.

2) Brange spent a lot of time "nesting" in Paris while Jolie was preggers with Shiloh.

3) Many reputable news outlets have reported in the past that the superstar couple has looked at property in France to buy.

Hey, Maddox already has a head start. He attended the Lycee Francais in New York last year.

Ange wants to keep her kids connected to her French roots, and that's a good thing!

Additionally, word is circulating that Angie is sperminated with a girl (and not twins). However, we'll hold off believing that one until Jolie confirms it herself or she pops the baby out.
