Game Of Thrones fans had to say goodbye to yet another beloved character in Sunday's episode.
But no one felt the pain of that heartbreaking "hold the door moment" more than Bran and Hodor themselves!
On Wednesday, the warg in training (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) and the lovable giant himself (Kristian Nairn) showed fans how to really grieve over the loss of a fan favorite character — by eating their feelings with GoT-themed cake!
While staying at the W Hotel, Nairn received a door-themed cake from pastry chef Rachel Weuman — complete with a heartfelt note, reading:
You almost never see a family reunion on Game Of Thrones — especially for the ill-fated Stark family.
But thankfully BBC Radio 1 is much kinder and gentler than HBO and offered a chance for Jon Snow to finally reunite with kid sis Arya Stark!
Ch-ch-check out their convo about the NEXT time they'll get together (SPOILERS??) and whether Kit thinks he'll ultimately win the Iron Throne (below)!
George R.R. Martin has outraged fans time and time again by killing off the most beloved characters in Game Of Thrones.
And now that the HBO fantasy hit has outpaced his book series, showrunners D.B. Weiss and David Benioff have taken the flack — especially after the heartbreaking death in Sunday night's episode.
But the latest public outcry must have struck a nerve, because the producers took the unprecedented step of actually apologizing to their fans!
That's right! On Tuesday's Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Weiss and Benioff shared a video addressing fans that they were sincerely sorry for that "hold the door" moment — but not in the way you think!
Ch-ch-check out the clip (below) to see why the showrunners are sorry!
But one of the hardest elements of playing Daenerys Targaryen is reciting all of that dialogue in the Dothraki tongue — which is real and can be studied like any other language!
The actress stopped by Late Night With Seth Meyers on Tuesday to promote some movie she's in, but obviously talked about filming HBO fantasy series — specifically, how taxing it is to learn lines in the fictional language!
Clarke confessed that she occasionally messes up pronouncing some of the translation, but the producers let it slide because "they don't know" how it's actually supposed to sound! LOLz!
The actress also explained that after speaking the tongue for six seasons, she's recently had fun with her costars by singing a Dothraki version of Hanson's MMMBop — which, of course, she performs for the entire audience!
Ch-ch-check out the clip (below) to hear Kahleesi's less catchy version of the ‘90s hit!
Now that's a twist we didn't see coming!
Some fans already had the chance to watch the latest episode of the HBO fantasy series — because it was leaked online a day early by none other than HBO itself!
According to reports, the episode was accidentally released early on the HBO Nordic platform "due to a technical issue" and was shortly after taken down.
But just like when the Night King sensed Bran's presence, it was far too late for the premium cable network — and the army of
White Walkers fans ripped the episode and leaked it online.
A network spokesperson told Variety:
But according to showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss, Hodor's shocking revelation was only one of three WTF moments George R.R. Martin revealed to them!
SPOILERS ARE COMING!
About two years ago, the producers sat down with the author of the A Song of Ice and Fire series to sketch out the broad strokes of how he planned on ending his saga in the books.
And in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the showrunners of the HBO fantasy hit said those conversations included "three holy sh*t moments" that stood out.
The first of which was the
Never face off against the Lannisters unless you're willing to pay the price!
The actors stopped by Monday's Conan during the latest segment of Clueless Gamer to play the highly-anticipated video game full of heavily armed gorillas and shiny lady butts!
And after Dinklage destroyed the competition, he was rewarded with CoCo's head on a spike — presented by a George R.R. Martin lookalike, of course!
Ch-ch-check out the video (below) to watch the fun and games — and see things get a little weird at the end!
