This settles it!
Jessa herself even refers to the Ashley Madison scandal by name (see below).
Fans have a real love/hate relationship with Game of Thrones.
Author George R.R. Martin often pulls the rug out from under his readers, and then rolls up the dead body of their favorite character in it.
This has lead some fans to worry that his entire plan is to kill off everyone at the end, leaving no clear winners of the Game!
But Martin wants to let fans know that's not the case. And he's even willing to give clues about the ending to assure them! He revealed:
Shame! Shame! Shame!
At least, that's where Howard Stern is at with the folks behind Game of Thrones after their fifth season finale, where Lena Headey's Cersei Lannister walked the path of shame — totally nude — in the episode Mother's Mercy.
Only… she wasn't totally nude… and Stern isn't happy about that!
Headey — who wanted to focus on her performance and emotional life as opposed to worrying about her nudity — did the entire walk wearing clothes, only to have the crew backtrack and do it a second time with a naked body double.
CGI tied it all together, giving us the finished (naked) product that wasn't just Headey!
Now, we are learning Stern took some personal offense to that! Jim McBride, the founder of movie nudity chronicling site MrSkin.com, told reporters of Stern's reaction when he found out it wasn't Headey's body he saw on screen:
In a mock PSA (below), Kevin Bacon makes a VERY valid point when talking about wanting more penises … in television and film that is!
He points out how much gratuitous female nudity we see in films and on TV, and he says how it's not fair to actors, because they want to be naked too!
He even calls out Game of Thrones for not having more male nudity in it and offers to play a part, saying:
"Let me be on the show. Come on. I'll play a naked wizard or something. I've done it before. Have you seen Wild Things? I was super naked in that. It was awesome. Matt Dillon was there. He saw my wiener."
He just wants to #FreeTheBacon, guys — LOLz!!
Ch-ch-check out the full video (below) to hear the rest of Bacon's argument for more peen!
It looks like Bran Stark's trainer is getting a new face!
The Oscar nominee will play the role of the Three-Eyed Raven — who isn't actually a raven, but a long-bearded man — previously portrayed by Struan Rodger.
Early in the series, the character appeared in Bran's visions as an actual raven. But in Season 4's finale, we met him as a man fused to the roots of a weirwood tree, telling Bran that one day he "will fly."
The showrunners for the HBO fantasy series previously revealed that
Winter is coming… and so is the end of Game Of Thrones!
Okay, it's not ending anytime soon, but HBO's head of programming Michael Lombardo revealed that we can expect just three more seasons of the hit fantasy show before it's epic conclusion!
At the Television Critics Association's summer press tour on Thursday, the executive was asked if the hit show would last after Season 7. Lombardo predicted the show would run for two years after Season 6, which is currently being filmed in Belfast, Ireland. He said:
"[Showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss] are probably feeling there are two more years after [Season 6]. Seven seasons and out has never been the conversation. The question is how many beyond the seventh season we're gonna do."
While author George R.R. Martin planned seven books for the Song of Ice and Fire series, HBO's juggernaut has taken precedence and will outpace the novels — a release date for the sixth book in the series, The Winds of Winter, has yet to be announced.
Since the GoT universe is so massive, the premium cable network is "open" to exploring more of Westeros after the show ends, with the possibility of a prequel series — if HBO's Small Council is up for it:
Call the fire marshall because Fuller House is about to hit its maximum occupancy!
One set of twins from Full House is set to join the cast of the Netflix revival series!
Before you get too excited — no, it's not the Olsen Twins. Blake Tuomy-Wilhoit and Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit will reprise their roles as Nicky and Alex Kotsopoulos!
Blake and Dylan both shared photos of the script on their Instagram accounts:
For the Games!
If you're still going through Game Of Thrones withdrawals since the shocking season finale, OR if you're planning on seeing the epic conclusion of he Hunger Games saga (or both!) then this fan mashup trailer is the answer to your prayers!
In the mock trailer for Mockingjay Part 2, Katniss leads her rebellion to take down Snow.
But this time, it's not the evil President Snow from the hit series — it's everyone's favorite member of the Night's Watch, Jon Snow!
With some editing, David Elmaleh was able to make the Girl on Fire face off against He Who Knows Nothing. It even looks like Katniss is the one who takes down Ygritte the Wildling!
We can only hope one day we get an actual movie where Jennifer Lawrence battles Kit Harington, but for now the trailer for The Hunger Game of Thrones: Jon Snow Must Die (below) will suffice!
