We weren't even there and we were cheering, too!
And it sure seems like no one was complaining of the choice of Ben for Batman then!
Check it all out in the video (above) !!!
Good for her!
Last week we reported that Gemma Ward had made the decision to quit modeling after being attacked for her weight. Even her rep issued a statement confirming that the Aussie had no plans on modeling anytime soon. But now Gemma is speaking out!
Yesterday she tweeted: "Thankyou everyone for your support, all i'll say on the subject is im content with my decision but i have said nothing will be permanent".
She also emailed The West Australian saying she has not quit modeling and plans to strut down the catwalk next year.
In the meantime, Gemma's mum said the 22 year old is thinking about taking a three-year course at Yale. If she's interested in Ivy Leagues she should look into Princeton. We're sure she'd pass that modeling class with flying colors!
Hopefully a little break will do her some good.

And she's only 22!
I think it's very sad that Gemma gave up on modeling. She's a very beautiful woman and I think she could make a name for herself in the plus-size niche. You know, give Crystal Renn a run for her money. I would love to see curvier girls in fashion and Gemma Ward represents curvy women like no other.
It's too bad that she's letting one person's opinion get to her. Maybe TyTy can hook her up with a job as a guest judge on America's Next Top Model?
