John Mahoney passed away at the age 77 on Sunday.

His manager confirmed the sad news that the Frasier star had passed while under hospice care at his home in Chicago.

Though his accent would never betray it, Mahoney was born in Blackpool, England. He didn't move to the U.S. until he was 19 and didn't start acting until he was 37.

He found success for decades, with big parts in acclaimed films Moonstruck, Say Anything, and Primal Fear and a recently recurring role on TV Land's Hot In Cleveland.

But he will always be remembered as Marty Crane, the lovable but cantankerous father of Frasier and Niles, for which he was nominated for Emmys and Golden Globes twice each and even won a SAG Award from his fellow actors.

Mahoney never married or had any children.

If we had Oprah Winfrey's life, we probably wouldn't want to run for President, either!

While addressing the outcry for her to lead our country, the 63-year-old couldn't seem more uninterested while chatting with InStyle's editor-in-chief Laura Brown in a new interview.

When asked about the Oprah 2020 hype, the longtime journalist replied:

"I actually saw a mug the other day … I thought it was a cute mug. All you need is a mug and some campaign literature and a T-shirt. I've always felt very secure and confident with myself in knowing what I could do and what I could not. And so it's not something that interests me. I don't have the DNA for it. Gayle [King] —who knows me as well as I know myself practically—has been calling me regularly and texting me things, like a woman in the airport saying, 'When's Oprah going to run?' So Gayle sends me these things, and then she'll go, 'I know, I know, I know! It wouldn't be good for you—it would be good for everyone else.' I met with someone the other day who said that they would help me with a campaign. That's not for me."

But… But… What about us?!

We guess Stedman Graham didn't know what he was talking about when he said his longtime partner "would absolutely do it" at the Golden Globes! Hmph.

The starlet also touched on how women are banding together more than ever now, saying:
