The spanish golfer has been taking a TON of heat lately after he joked that he would serve fried chicken for Tiger Woods if he had him over for dinner!
Well Sergio tried to clear the air and issued an apology saying:

Eat your heart out, Tiger Woods! There's a new kid on the block, and his name is Guan Tianlang!
Ok, we might be exaggerating a little bit here! But Guan is certainly turning heads as the amateur golfer recently made the cut for HUGE tournaments such as the Masters and the Zurich Classic!
As if these accomplishments weren't impressive enough on their own, what's really catching people's attention is that Guan is only 14 years-old!!!
Now the phenom has been hand-picked by golfing legend Jack Nicklaus to play in his annual Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio at the end of the month!
For the first time since 2001, Tiger Woods has won the Player's Championship at Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida!
Just the other day we were talking about how much this championship meant to Tiger — it wasn't just another round of golf. It was his 78th victory, and his 300th start during his PGA tour career! Which is pretty cool, because Tiger also won his 100th start and 200th start, keeping the trend alive!
Even more interesting is the fact that the whole match wasn't just some blowout! It came down to the final two holes for Tiger to squeak out the victory, in VERY dramatic fashion!
How exciting! We hope he celebrated properly! Ha!

The daughter of hockey legend Wayne Gretzky decided to take her fine bod to The Players Championship in Florida to watch a little golf and cheer on her boyfriend Dustin Johnson!
Paulina probably gave him an unfair advantage, because we have no idea how any of the golfers were able to focus on their shots with her on the sidelines!
We're guessing her pops is a little upset that she isn't paying more attention to the NHL playoffs and rooting on his former team the LA Kings, but who cares? Golf never looked so good! LOLz!

Golfer Vijay Singh has been using deer antler spray to improve his game, but after the PGA Tour sued him for using the substance, he's now suing them for being reckless with how they exercised the Anti-Doping Program.
The suit states that the PGA Tour debunked Singh to "public humiliation and ridicule" for months.
And in a statement delivered by Vijay's lawyer, Peter Ginsberg, the golfer said:
Time flies when you're the most world-renowed pro-golfer, doesn't it? Just like a little white ball pounded by a massive driver!
It seems like just yesterday that the talented fabness that was Tiger Woods entered and changed the game — he brought it a present-day excitement that seemed to have been lost on a sport known for its ability to get us to take naps! LOLz!
The Players Championship this weekend will mark the milestone for Tiger, who has had one of the most historic and successful careers of any golfer in the sport. We mean, he just captured the 77th win of his career at Bay Hill in March!

This time, they've outdone themselves: 12-year-old Ye Wocheng is set to tee off as the youngest player in the history of the European Tour on Thursday! Holy crap! Alongside him will be 15-year-old Bai Zhengkai, and Dou Zecheng at 16 years of age!
