Restaurant owners Amy and Samy Bouzaglo have been getting a TON of publicity ever since Amy's Baking Company made an appearance on Kitchen Nightmares, but it's probably not the press they were hoping for!
When Gordon Ramsay swung by the small time eatery in Scottsdale, Arizona, he had such a hard time working with the owners that he WALKED OUT on them and completely refused to help out!
Well the episode eventually aired and websites like Facebook, Yelp, and Reddit ERUPTED with posts on the owners' erratic behavior, and Samy and Amy only made things worse when they responded to commenters with threats and ugly words that aren't exactly appropriate for virgin eyes!
Luckily, the two have found a few fans out there when
Chef Ramsay is in the hot seat after an undercover video exposed some serious animal cruelty at a foie gras factory which supplies one of his restaurants.
Kitchen Nightmares is one of those shows where it's really REALLY hard to look away, even though you don't want to imagine restaurants being as awful as that! Well, in at least one case, the owner of the "nightmare" kitchen is actually blaming Gordon Ramsay for destroying is business, and turning the whole thing into a real kitchen nightmare!
Apparently Ramsay almost wrecked his business instead of turning it around!
Here's what the owner said:
“It was truly a kitchen nightmare for me. Gordon Ramsay destroyed my business. It was a confrontation from the get-go.”
According to the owner, when Ramsay "made-over" the business — including the restaurant itself, and the menus — he didn't grasp the concept of the flair and food-style the whole place had been going for!
And now he's PISSED!
UPDATE: A rep from Kitchen Nightmares responded EXCLUSIVELY to Perezhilton and admitted:
"The mission of Kitchen Nightmares is to help struggling restaurants succeed. Gordon Ramsay is the owner of 27 restaurants and holds 11 Michelin stars. He is eminently qualified to offer solutions and tools to help turn failing restaurants around. In every case, restaurant owners choose to participate in Kitchen Nightmares to receive the benefit of Gordon Ramsay's expertise. In the case of Chappy's, a fledgling restaurant in Nashville, Gordon suggested extensive revisions to the menu, updated the décor and offered his expertise and advice to the management and staff. It was their decision — as it is with all participating restaurants on the show — whether to take his advice. Mr. Ramsay and the show producers always wish the participating restaurant owners much success."
One of which was the first ever Milestone Award for musical ingenuity and innovation!
BUT, it seems the audience was NOT very happy that Biebs beat out Taylor Swift and Bruno Mars for the title, as he was BOOED while getting up on stage to accept the award AND when he wrapped up his VERY defensive acceptance speech!

Ooooof, and you can tell that when the booing starts, people from Bieber's camp try and cheer louder to mask it, which only makes it worse.
Hmmm we wonder if this mass negative reaction to Justin be about a certain abandoned monkey? Or are people getting tired of hearing him sing the word "baby" for the 1000th time?
And are you kidding us with this speech, Biebs? Way to NOT sound in the LEAST bit grateful... he even sounds pissed when he's thanking people!
Siiighhh. Well, whatever the reasons for JB's super strange speech, we are NOT impressed. And neither, it seems, was the crowd.
