How precious is this?!
The 27-year-old musician was performing with the Tennessee Whiskey crooner when Stapleton insisted that Miz Lambert join the party on stage for a rendition of the classic My Girl.
And what transpired was nothing short of magical!
Lucky for us, fans captured the moment as Miranda, Anderson, Chris, and Morgane Stapleton covered the song:
Her hairstylist Danilo gave a pretty thorough explanation of how he created the intricate style.
Apparently it was quite the undertaking and three separate attempts were made to get it right.
"Gwen was like, 'I want to do a cornrow look.' We already knew we wanted to do this look that we had developed so we turned it into cornrows."
The striking creation includes five Dutch braids, with one serving as a faux hawk and top knot at the top of her head, two joining from the sides toward the back, and two additional ones coming down over her ears.
Her hairstylist further explained:
"When I introduced this concept [of the braids placed in front of the ears] to Gwen, she really liked it, and we've played with it in several ways, and it's interestingly flattering. Bringing that ponytail-pigtail-braid situation to the front of the ear, it almost becomes ornamentation."
He was also quick to add that Gwen totally owns the look:
"Gwen wears [the hairstyle], it doesn't wear her. It's just different. There are no boundaries about it, there's no rules, and there definitely aren't any with Gwen. It's a matter of how to make it really cool, and I think it's chic — she's always going to have an elegance to her."
As for Blake Shelton, he apparently really digs his lady love's many mane experiments, with one in particular being his favorite:
"He likes her black-tipped bob. I think as any couple, they're supportive of who each other are. They get together and strengthen one another with complements."
Awwwww! Sounds like a keeper!

After writing multiple songs inspired by their new relationship, their musical adoration for one another has reached new heights!
At first, Blake was hesitant to talk about collaborating with his new lady love — but now, he doesn't "give a sh*t" what anyone thinks!
The country crooner was at a Voice event benefitting Children's Hospital Los Angeles on Thursday, and opened up about the song he and Gwen wrote together late last year.
Speaking to People, he said:
Well, it's finally over.
On Wednesday, reports were released revealing that a judge officially finalized the blonde beauty and her former flame's divorce back on April 8.
And now, we're learning all about the deets, AKA who got what!
As we previously reported, the famous father decided he WASN'T going to go after 50% of everything his lady love made during their marriage — even though he could have, since they didn't have a prenup.
As a result, the lovely lady got to keep all the rights to No Doubt, while the alleged cheater will retain his interests in his band, Bush.
But that's not all!
Even though the song is called Misery, Gwen Stefani's performance is beaming us with joy!
On Tuesday, the 46-year-old returned to The Voice to perform the latest single from her new album This Is What the Truth Feels Like!
The former No Doubt frontwoman completely dominated the stage with her passionate vocals and commanding presence.
It was so good boyfriend Blake Shelton couldn't help but smile throughout the tune!

Blake Shelton is only about a month away from releasing his next album If I'm Honest, and seeing as how the country crooner and his lady love Gwen Stefani are adorable as can be singing about each other, we can't wait to hear it!
While we still don't know when we will get to hear the couple's sweet song, thanks to Gwen taking to Twitter, we at least know the title of the track as the songstress tweeted:
She ain't no Hollaback Girl, but she's definitely a fan of the throwback!
That's because it was announced on Monday that the early 2000s icons are teaming up for The Voice coach's upcoming This Is What the Truth Feels Like Tour!
The 27-city tour kicks off in Mansfield, Mass. on July 12 and runs until Oct. 15 where she'll close things out at The Forum in Inglewood, Cali.!
Plus, with Eve currently starring in Barbershop: The Next Cut, could she be the next Hollywood comeback story??
