Katy Perry is quite the popular one!

The singer further put frenemy rumors to bed as she spent last night enjoying herself at Rihanna’s NYC concert! She tweeted the following emoji-filled message:

Two nights before, Katy caught up with fellow singer and No Doubt frontwoman Gwen Stefani at The Great Gatsby after party held at the Top of the Standard!

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale punked up the Met Gala on their way up AND down the carpeted steps on Monday night.

The No Doubt front woman took off her Maison Martin Margiela frock before leaving the ball, but stuck with the two-toned, asymmetrical angle by changing into an Atelier Versace gown.

And her hubby brought some major punk realness with his plaid suit and bun!

It's not just about the entrance, but the exit as well! And these two certainly made a memorable departure last night.

The Met Gala came and went in a whirlwind of fashion activity on Monday night!

We had the good and the bad, but we also had some conspicuous trends.

That quintessential punk staple — the safety pin — found its way onto Carey Mulligan's dress and Zooey Deschanel's clutch.

Paloma Faith, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Katy Perry rocked the headpieces, which was a golden crown in Katy's case!

Paloma also got on the gloved-sleeve trend along with Kim Kardashian, Beyonce and Kerry Washington.

Jessica Alba, Nicole Richie, Cara Delevingne and January Jones were all rocking some major ear bling and cuffs while Jessica Biel and Karen Elson opted for small little septum rings.

Quite a few lovely ladies showed off the fruits of their workout regimes in belly-baring numbers, like Gwen Stefani, Olivia Wilde, Nicki Minaj, and Miranda Kerr.

Then there were the rebels, like Anna Wintour and new bestie Kimmy, who wore very non-punk floral gowns.

Maybe they were the most punk of all! LOLz!

This is the definition of BRINGING IT!

Gwen Stefani showed off her hard-earned abs in a contrast Maison Martin Margiela gown at the Met Gala on Monday.

Gwen has definitely looked more punk than this when the theme didn't even call for it, but she looks so freaking HOT in this number that we will give her a pass.

Bright red lips and a dramatic, side-part hairdo completed her look.

WOW! Talk about an unexpected, yet totally welcome, awesome and hardcore SURPRISE!

Gwen Stefani recently took time away from being a mom to remind the world how hard she can effing RAWK when she and her No Doubt bandmates reunited for their comeback album, Push and Shove, and beyond!

And last night, she upped her cred even further by joining The Rolling Stones on stage to perform their classic anthem Wild Horses, during the kick-off performance of their 50 and Counting tour at the El Lay Staples Center!

We have to hand to her - she holds her own and manages to keep up with Mick Jagger!

A pretty impressive feat in itself, we'd say!
