Even though she had a miserable time, Gwyneth Paltrow was still blown away by Miranda Kerr's hotness at the Met Gala this week.
Gwynnie said of her encounter with the Aussie supermodel:
"She was wearing a black Michael Kors dress that was sort of like a sparkling bandeau, and her whole stomach was showing. It was really beautiful. It was a little punk-y. She's just so pretty, it's abnormal… I was like, 'Is it weird to be that pretty? And she was like, 'No.'"
LOLz! Such a modest one, that Miranda!
But c'mon, Gwyneth, give us a break! Of all people, YOU should understand what it's like to be pretty beautiful.

How is that possible, when all of her most favoritest besties were in attendance?
After the star-studded bash, Gwynnie said:
"I'm never going again. It was so un-fun. It was boiling. It was too crowded. I did not enjoy it at all."
Maybe if she actually dressed to the punk theme and didn't wear a bolt of pink fabric she wouldn't have been so boiling!
But even if Gwyneth doesn't ever wanna walk those carpeted Met steps again, we know PLENTY of people who will gladly take her place.
Like the Kardashians, for example.

Iron Man 3 may have had a blockbuster of a weekend, but Gwyneth Paltrow's fashion choice, not so much.
She wore a long-sleeved fuschia Valentino gown to the Met Gala that was pretty much the opposite of the evening's theme.
Showing a hint of skin with a sheer panel across her décolletage, the rest of the dress just hung on her body without any form to it.
Gwynnie kept the rest of the outfit simple with her typical GOOPy pony tail and Wilfredo Rosado stud earrings.
Not exactly what we'd consider punk pizazz, but it did remind us of her 1999 pink Oscar dress!

WE sure didn't!
Iron Man 3 has already DOMINATED during its early release in the overseas markets, took in an INCREDIBLE $15.6 million in its midnight release this past Thursday alone, and now, has effortlessly made its way to the TOP of the weekend's domestic box office top ten…with a momentous $175.3 million!
And while it didn't quite come close enough to break the $207.5 million record that The Avengers achieved this time last year, the super-hero threequel can now be considered the SECOND biggest opening weekend of all time!
Ah-MAY-zing! Maybe that Gwyneth Paltrow spin-off isn't so terrible an idea, after all!

"She’s in the suit and flying around, and I loved doing the stunts…. I felt like I should’ve been doing this my whole life. It’s like, 'Why am I doing all these period films? It’s so boring.'"
