Hailee Steinfeld has a pretty awesome life!

At just 16 years old, she gets to attend huge events like the Met Gala and she's starring in the upcoming film Romeo and Juliet!

But before she was traveling around the world and getting nominated for Oscars she was just your average teenager, and apparently her middle school days weren't quite as glamourous as the life she lives now!

Hailee says she was the victim of bullying, and things got so bad at one point she had to switch schools:

We don't know when Hailee Steinfeld's next movie is coming out, but we love seeing her at all these red carpet events!

Our favorite little fashionista-in-training looked more stylish than women twice her age at the Vogue and MAC Cosmetics Dinner honoring Prabal Gurung in West Hollywood on Monday night.

Hailee chose a classy yet youthful Prabal Gurung dress with embellished bodice for the occasion, leaving her thick locks down as usual, and accessorizing with an Edie Parker clutch and Coach heels.

So beautiful! And her confidence is just radiating from her eyes!

This isn't punk-y, but it sure is pretty!

Hailee Steinfeld looked like a princess in Donna Karan Atelier at the Met Gala tonight.

She may not have gotten the memo for the ball's theme, but we'll forgive her because she looks absolutely darling!

Plus that smokey eye makeup and slightly tousled hair did lend some punkiness to the ensem!

Hailee Steinfeld is fast becoming a young Hollywood actress we just can't get enough of!

The 16-year-old was an enchanting attendee at the City Year Los Angeles’ Spring Break: Destination Education event in Culver City on Saturday.

Wearing a striped, fit and flare Dolce & Gabbana frock with Marni pumps, the Romeo & Juliet actress couldn't have been more on point.

Hailee Steinfeld continues to impress us with her bold fashion choices, and her midnight blue lace Valentino jumpsuit at CinemaCon on Thursday was absolutely KILLER!

The 16-year-old, who was there to pick up the Female Star of Tomorrow Award, looked beyond confident as she posed on the red carpet.

She works this harder than seasoned red carpet veterans!

Gold Brian Atwood pumps and a Jimmy Choo clutch finished off her daring ensem.

Yep. Now that we have some proper closeups, it’s safe to say Chuck Bass has not left us just yet.

The official trailer of Julian Fellowes’ Romeo And Juliet was released today, and it’s got our eyes glued to our screens even more so than the leaked version did. While Hailee Steinfeld’s Juliet moves gracefully in silks, it’s Ed Westwick’s Tybalt that has us hooked.

Ch-ch-check out the video (above) for a proper look at the new adaptation, complete with the familiar faces of Paul Giamatti and Damian Lewis.

In our book, there’s never such thing as too much Shakespeare. We’ll happily add this to our film list.

Now, excuse us. We have some Tybalt fantasizing daydreaming to do.

Hailee Steinfeld seems to be in no hurry to grow up, and we commend her for it!

The 16-year-old was refreshingly age-appropriate in her pleated black skirt and white eyelet blouse at the Coach 3rd Annual Evening of Cocktails and Shopping in Santa Monica on Wednesday.

Naturally, she carried a metallic Coach purse. And if you look closely, you can tell she's barely wearing any makeup!

Isn't it nice when teenagers actually look like teenagers? We think so!
