Halsey Is About To Bust Out Of Her Bra At The Billboard Music Awards!

Love Halsey, but we're not loving this outfit!!

The Colors songstress was doing THE most at the Billboard Music Awards in Vegas on Sunday!

Between her too tight bra (for a top) and her thigh-high lace-up sandals, her red carpet outfit felt way overdone. Even her buttoned-up maxi skirt couldn't save this ensem!

On the bright side, we have a feeling Kanye West would LOVE a look like this!

Two of our favorite kick-ass ladies!

On her upcoming album Hopeless Fountain Kingdom, Halsey is collaborating with Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui on a track called Strangers, a love song between two women.

As stated in previous interviews, the Now or Never songstress wrote the LGBT-friendly tune imagining what would happen if Stevie Nicks and Pat Benatar sang a duet.

The 22-year-old may even release Strangers as a single!

Noah Cyrus is channeling her inner Halsey at the MTV Movie & TV Awards!

Miley Cyrus' little sister showed up to the red carpet on Sunday rocking a similar style to Kat Graham — and we're just wondering if anyone else got the trash bag chic memo?? LOLz!

Anyway, the 17-year-old wore a black satin set featuring high-waisted pants, bralette, and jacket! Looks quite comfy!

She matched the look with her dark locks in a straight middle part, a simple body chain, and strappy heels.

Star flocks to Planned Parenthood's 100th anniversary gala.

Getting together for a great cause!

It was Planned Parenthood's 100th anniversary gala in New York Tuesday night, where they honored Hillary Clinton, and it was naturally a star-studded affair.

Julianne Moore, Scarlett Johansson, and Tina Fey joined many of their peers at the event, making it as glamorous as any movie premiere.

They also dressed the part, with Julianne in a high-neck lace dress and her hair pulled back, while ScarJo brought some much-needed color via a light blue and black lace gown cinched in with a leather belt.

Tina was the most inconspicuous of all in simple embroidered A-line dress and dotted panty hose.

As for Hillary? She slayed in a lavender and pink dotted blazer and beige slacks. Very on theme!

Leave it to Kylie Jenner to be one of many rocking Coachella's big beauty trend: neon hair!

We basically called it back in January when we saw Lite Brite highlights taking off… except these stars took it even further!

While the reality TV starlet donned both bright lime green and purple wigs separately, Ariel Winter also got in on the action with her bright magenta, thigh-length mane.

Tooth gems have made their way back from the '90s and onto the teeth of some of your favorite singers!

Katy Perry most recently donned Nike's "check" logo in gold at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, and really the only reason people even noticed was because she pointed out she had quinoa in her teeth!

Still, the Chained to the Rhythm artist rocked the shit out of it!

Now THAT'S how you open a show!!

Considering she has more chart-topping hits than we can count, Nicki Minaj was the PERFECT choice to open the Billboard Music Awards!

After taking a look back at some her biggest hits, the queen of hip-hop took the stage in a seriously sexy leather outfit to perform No Frauds and Light My Body Up with a little help from Lil Wayne and David Guetta!

But she wasn't even CLOSE to being done yet as she was also joined by Jason Derulo to perform his hit Swalla!

Nicki closed things out by telling the boys to take a hike and reminding us who the REAL star of the show was as she finished off with Regret In Your Tears!

We'd hate to have to follow that!!
