Man Survives For Two Months In Snow Trapped Car!
Now THAT'S a will to live!
A man in Sweden survived for two months in a car that got trapped in snow!
How is that possible, you ask? Let us tell you, dear readers!
The car was found on Friday at the end of a forest road more than a half a mile from a main road in northern Sweden. The temperature in the area been dropping to -30C lately. The man said he had been inside since December 19th... and was way too weak to speak more than a few words.
What could have saved his life? Drinking snow! And the cops have no reason to doubt his story.
With the kind of shape he was in, who would??
He was found by snowmobilers who thought it was a wreck. Curiosity got the better of them and they dug their way to a window -- and saw the 45 year old man moving in the back seat, wrapped in a sleeping bag:
"He was in a very poor state. Poor condition. He said he'd been there for a long time and had survived on a little snow. He said himself he hadn't eaten anything since December."
Doctors says they only really expect someone to survive without food for four weeks. The best theory on how he survived other than eating snow is that his body went into a kind of hibernation.
That's so crazy!
We can't imagine how horrible (and boring) it would be to be cooped up in a car like that.
Also... where did he go to the bathroom... EW!!
Glad he's okay, though! One tough son of a gun!
