Sometimes you have to know when to call it quits.

This is possibly one of the best things we've ever seen.
Tom Hanks was at a NY Rangers game recently when one of his old buddies dropped in to say hello…
It was Wilson! His volleyball/best friend from the film Castaway!
Wilson was literally dropped into his hands when the cameras were trained on the star's famous face.
He looks overjoyed to see his old buddy again, visibly yelling out his classic line: "Wilson!!"
Now this part is a little interesting: Watch the end of the clip closely… when he (and Wilson) start chanting "Let's go, Rangers!" it almost looks like he gets a little teary eyed?
Does he still feel the pain of that loss, all these years later??
Check out the video (below), watch closely, and let us know what you think in the comments.
We just love when sports teams do this kind of stuff!
The Anaheim Ducks wanted to reunite a member of the armed forces with his family this holiday season, and the lucky man was Sgt. 1st Class Robert Vandenberg Jr.
The U.S. Army reservist found out his wife of 12 years, Patricia Vandenberg, was pregnant only two weeks before he had to ship out to Afghanistan last February. So, he's never met his son Travis in-person until now.
At the game on Wednesday, Robert was supposed to talk to his family on the Jumbotron, but they appeared to experience some 'technical difficulties.' He explained
This guy just got a ton of new fans!
Ray Kaunisto of the Kalamazoo Wings was interviewed during an intermission in an ECHL game, and he decided to play a game of his own… the Meow Game, or the Cat Game depending on who you ask.
You may remember this game from Super Troopers!
Anyway, Ray racked up seven 'meows' in 40 seconds, and reporter Ben Garrod was somehow able to keep it together!
Ch-ch-check out the silliness (above)!
Hockey is a tough game with some passionate fans, but they're also some of the classiest fans out there.
During Tuesday's Toronto Maple Leafs game, singer Michelle Madeira's mic cut out while she was singing The Star-Spangled Banner, but the crowd wasn't going to let the song end so easily.
They all started singing in unison right where Michelle left off, then continued on with O Canada afterward.
Ch-ch-check out the awesome moment (above)!
The men's field hockey team at the University of Nottingham in the UK have the right idea about sports!
Sports should be about teamwork, and being inclusive, and trying your best, and shoving really long hot dogs into our mouth.
Speaking of really long hot dogs… the hockey team wanted to send a message about combating homophobia in sports, so they took to the hockey field: NAKED!
It's not often that a group of ginormous, full grown men dressed up as Frozen characters make us say, AWWWWWWWW!!!!
However, this is a rare exception!
Earlier this week, and handful of players from the Boston Bruins decided to bring Halloween to Boston Children's Hospital a bit early and gave some kiddies a trick-or-treat experience they'll NEVER forget!
