While pregnant with Rainbow Aurora, Holly made the conscious decision to change the way she eats and what she eats! It work, obvs (above), and now she's ready for the world to get in on the action!
Of the 30 pounds she gained while pregnant, guess how many of them she took off with aerobics and ungodly hours in the gym?
NOT MANY — most of the hard work was done with the menu she had for herself, the diet she created! Here's what the 33 year old said about it:

So what's the secret to her success? Holly recently revealed that she uses a compression belt known as
Holly Madison has not lost the 40 pounds she wants to drop, but we must say, she's still looking good despite the fact that she just gave birth last month!!
The Peep Show starlet took a stroll through El Lay yesterday, and in order to stay fly while she ran errands, she put on a very colorful ensemble, which included a navy blue sweatshirt, black leggings, a pink top and pink bow-adorned flats.
It's obvious that Holly's outfit was inspired by her baby's name, Rainbow because she was shining as bright as the sun.
We're just glad that Miz Madison is taking it easy, and we really hope she doesn't actually try to get rid of her baby weight in only six weeks because that's just cray!!
