It seems like 2008 is not shaping up to be a good year for the Hulk and his clan! The family of John Graziano, the young Iraq war veteran who was left in a semiconscious state after Nick Hogan crashed his car back in 2007, has filed suit against the Hogans. The family is suing Hulk Hogan and his wife Linda. They have also listed Nick Hogan as a defendant and Daniel Jacobs, the individual in the car racing against Nick, as a co-defendant. In February, Daniel Jacobs pleaded no contest to a charge of reckless driving. He was fined $500, sentenced to 90 days of probation, had his driver’s license suspended for 90 days and ordered to complete 25 hours of community service. The suit alleges that Nick negligently operated his Toyota Supra by racing against another car. The other car, a Doge Viper driven by Danny, is also owned by Hulk Hogan. The allegations are that the Hogans knew of Nick’s passion for speeding and were aware of his modified, speed racing vehicles. To make matters even worse, reports that Hulk purchased alcohol for Nick and his friends on the day of the accident, have made it into the suit. The suit is alleging that the Hogans were negligent and are also directly liable for the wreck. As for Graziano, he is not in a complete vegetative state. Though part of his frontal lobe had to be removed, he can still respond to heat and light. On few occasions, he has breathed without a ventilator. That doesn't seems like much a life to us, though. So sad. The suit does not say how much money they are asking for, but reports show that the Graziano family has already spent more than $1 million in medical care. You can't put a price tag on the pain and suffering caused by that crash, but John's family definitely deserve much more than $1 million! Brooke Hogan is still hurt by the Hulkster fucking her friend. Thankfully, for us, she's working through her issues publicly! The failed singer just posted the following on her MySpace Celebrity page: "Life… well, I realized your mother is your mother. Your father is your father. Nothing is thicker than blood. No matter how angry, sad or depressed you are, your family will always love you no matter what. We are all human. Yes, I’m still hurting very deeply inside, but I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m not saying I will get over this in a week, month, year or ten years. I dont know when It will be. But you must always respect your father and your mother. Always love them. My parents made me and my brother from pure love…thats all I need to know to live. Nothing will ever change how much I love my family. I just realized the longer you cease to forgive, the more you miss them, and the more it hurts you inside. I have a wonderful, angel of a brother…and I have two amazing parents. I mean AMAZING. I know mistakes have been made. And I have no doubt there is major guilt that carries with that… But no mistake ever made in a persons life changes real love. We may not be a perfect family, we may not be living in a house together, but I’m positive we will all love eachother till death. Thats all that matters to me. You can have money, fame, cars, clothes, but youre naked without the people that love you. I don’t know where this blog will go next. The woman who had an affair with Hulk Hogan spoke out to us this past weekend, and Brooke Hogan is majorly pissed. The reality star and failed pop singer is taking to her MySpace Celebrity page to air her dirty laundry and lash out at her former friend, aka Daddy's Mistress. Says Brooke: Miss Christiane Plante makes yet another news splash! yay. "So… looks like miss christiane wrote into perez. I think she shoulda thought about what kinda press she was gonna get when she slept with her best friends famous father. Maybe she did. The truth always comes out, and I think we're ALL seeing just exactly how karma works Christiane. Nothing you say will ever put my family back together. The woman who had an affair with Hulk Hogan is speaking out! Christiane Plante, a former friend of Brooke Hogan's, just sent us the following statement, to air her side of the story. She says: "Dear Perez, I do not know you but I must tell you one thing: I did NOT leak the story of my affair to the National Enquirer, nor was I paid ANY amount of money to issue my statement. In other words, I was framed. Here is the name and number of the National Enquirer reporter who showed up at my door one morning as I was leaving for work, 2 days after I had confessed the truth of the affair to Brooke upon her confrontation-you can call him or anyone at the Enquirer and ask them for yourself if I tipped them or if I was paid anything for my confession: Darryl Wrobel (305) 205-XXXX. Upon being presented with evidence that Mr. Wrobel had concrete and obvious knowledge and proof of the affair ("What was the nature of your relationship with Hulk Hogan?" I said we were friends. Him: "Really? What about that letter you gave to Brooke two nights ago?" I was so taken aback, I completely broke down.) I decided I owed Brooke and the Hogan family a formal apology for my actions, which was my sole statement. You won't find me signing a deal for a tell-all book on the Hogans, pimping out juicy details of the affair, appearing on television to milk this 15 minutes for all it's worth or anything of the sort. You can't even find any pictures of me online. I am ashamed of what has taken place and it has caused me a lot of pain both personally and professionally. The Hogan family is just full of dramz these days. We. Love. It. Reports are surfacing that the Hulkster had an affair while he was still living with his wife, prompting the hulking Linda Hogan to file for divorce from him. A divorce that's recently turned u-g-l-y . But what makes it even more interesting is that dear old Hulk allegedly had an affair with a friend of his daughter Brooke. Scandalicious!!! Christiane Plante, a 33 year old friend who worked with Brooke on her bomb of a 2006 album, has confessed to The National Enquirer about her affair. Christiane states, "My relationship with Terry [Hulk Hogan] began at a time when Terry and Linda privately knew their marriage was ending. She had left him already, although no official papers had been filed. Terry is a good man, good father and a good friend, and he and I grew close at a time when he was going through a very difficult period. It seemed right then, but I know it was wrong." Bitch didn't feel so wrong blabbing it all to a tabloid. Who cares about her reputation? We may all think she's a homewrecking slut, but at least she got paid to talk! "Having felt the guilt and pain build up, I gave a note to Brooke apologising for my actions," adds whorish Christiane. "I will never be able to fully forgive myself for this. I have lost an amazing friend." The affair allegedly took place last year, while the family was still shooting their reality TV show and Hull and Linda had yet to split. Apparently Brooke is so distraught, she has even posted this ominous entry on her official blog.

Linda Hogan has asked a judge to freeze the Hulkster's bank accounts! She doesn't want the former wrestler spending any of the money they got from the $10 million sale of their home. But that's just the tip of the iceberg! Linda is accusing Hulk of trying to trick her into signing a post-nuptial agreement and other "legal shenanigans." It's about to get ugly up in here - as ugly as Brooke Hogan's wardobe! When Linda Hogan filed for divorce last week, she asked for half of everything PLUS alimony and child support for their 17 year old son Nick. Now, the Hulkster is firing back at his wife of almost 25 years. In his counter petition, Hulk claims that Linda is a grown ass woman. He's contesting the custody and alimony claims. In the Hulkster's most recent filing, he says his wife is capable of supporting herself and their son. He also said Nick is old enough to decide who he wants to live with. These exclusive pictures obtained by PerezHilton.com show Hulk Hogan and his son, hours before the horrific accident that left Nick's friend with permanent brain damage. The Hogans and friends were on a booze cruise and having a great time! According to newly released documents, Hulk himself bought the beers for Nick and his friends to enjoy. And enjoy them they did! Too much! A Perezcious reader tells us: "These pics were taken the day of nicks accident….you can see his buddy Graziano on the boat with him…..we were out boating in clearwater that day and they pulled up beside us and started yelling shit at my girls on the boat…could tell they were having a good time." Unfortunately that good time turned very bad just hours later. According to police documents just made public, Nick was driving at 100mph and racing another car just before his accident.
